CHICAGO-(AEAE) SEPTEMBER  22, 2009 TUESDAY--FOR THE LAST 4 years Stoller has been taking it on the chin by Google Inc., who sued Stoller's companies for RICO. Stoller has been fighting to intervene because the Google Inc., is "frivilious" and Stoller wants to file his counter claim for over $100 million dollars.
Stoller was unlawfully locked up in the Cook County Jail on "frivilious" charges. Stoller is finally bring those parties who are responsible to account for their malicious prosecution, false arrest and false imprisionment by filing a Section 1983 Civil Rights Case against them. Stoller feels like MacArthur who took for  four years to return to re-take the Philippines during the Second World War.

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-SEPTEMBER 21, 2009-THE FILING OF A NOTICE OF APPEAL TRANSFERS JURISDICTION TO THE APPELLATE COURT INSTANTER and simultaneously divests the trial court of jurisdiction to enter additional orders of substance in a case. Thereafter, the trial court may not enter additional orders of substance in a case.. Thereafter, the trial court may not enter an order that would modify the order or judgment being appealed or have the effect of interfering with the appellate court's review of it. Any order or judgment entered y a trial court without jurisdiction is thus void and my be attacked at any time. A void judgment, order or decress of a court will be reversed on appeal whenever brought before the court by any means possible in the particular case. The Appellate court has a duty to vacate void judgments, orders and decress based upon the inherent power of the court to expunge from its records void acts of which the Appeals court has knowledge. Magnus 262 Ill. App 3d. at 365.

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-SUNDAY-SEPTEMBER 20, 2009-When I was small growing up in Chicago in the early 60's I remember an advertising campaign that I will "never" forget. On large bill boards there were signs stating that a "Mountain" is coming to Chicago. For weeks I keep seeing large bill boards with the picture of a large "Mountain". It was the most effective advertising campaign that I have ever seen. And I remember it to this day. Finally Folgers Coffee that has a "mountain" for a logo was being introduced in the Chicago Market. Since that day I first saw that huge bill board stating that "a mountain was coming to Chicago" to this very date Folgers Coffee has been one of Chicago's best selling coffee. Likewise I have stated on this blog that a multi million dollar Section 1983 Lawsuit is coming to "Chicago". Naming all of the defendants that are responsible for my "false" arrest that put me in the Illinois Cook County Jail for the "crime" of blogging for 37 days from June 8th, 2009 to July 15, 2009. I intend to make this lawsuit my final "career" suit to pursue these defendants in the courts for the rest of my career.  I have prepared for this case for the last 41 years. These Defendants, who were laughing each and every time they came to court in my Divorce Proceeding,  are just sitting back because they have NOT been served, continuing to laugh and joke , thinking they got away with "murder". Just as the Folgers "Mountain" eventually came to Chicago, My Section 1983 lawsuit is going to land on these defendants like a road side bomb. I am naming a well known "divorce" lawyer, her entire staff including her secretaries, her husband,  her client, a "child" representive who happens to be a lawyer, Sheriff Thomas Dart who plans to run for re-election as Cook County Sheriff in 2010, a entire list of Cook County Officers, to many to name here, three Cook  County Judges and several other parties.  When I was in the Cook County Jail for 37 days I documented every Section 1983 violation in a 500 page documents which I maintained while in the Jail preparing for the day when I would file my suit against these "defendants"! THE SECTION 1983 LAWSUIT IS COMING TO CHICAGO, COOK COUNTY ILLINOIS! SEE YOU IN COURT SOONER THAN YOU EXPECT!

 

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2009-FEDERAL CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS DOCKETS STOLLER APPEAL OF THE TRADMARK TRIAL AND APPEAL BOARD (TTAB) DECISION DENYING STOLLER THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE. STOLLER HAS PROSECUTED OVER 400 OPPOSITIONS, PETITIONS TO CANCEL PROCEEDINGS AT THE Patent and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board in the 70's,80's 90's 2000's and in 2009 the the TTAB has slammed the court house door in Stoller's face depriving him of his due process and equal protection rights under the First, Fifth and 14th Amendments. It will now be up to the Federal Circuit or the U.S. Supreme Court to unlock the “slammed” TTAB court house door. The TTAB has invited a district court proceeding which Stoller is looking forward to prosecuting in order to assure Stoller and others that the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board keep the court house door open. The only thing that individuals, corporations, lawyers, judges and governmental agencies understand is becoming a defendant in a Federal District Court lawsuit.. For everyone is “equal” under the law and everyone can be called to the court house to defend a lawsuit who violate the constitutional rights of a U.S Citizen.

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-SATURDAY,9-19-09-BARAK OBAMA HAS MADE THE ENEMIES OF AMERICA, RUSSA, IRAN AND NORTH KOREA VERY HAPPY BY SCUTTLING AMERICAN'S LONG RANGE MISSILE-DEFENSE SYSTEM IN EUROPE. What will Obama and the Democrats say when one or two or a dozen intercontinental missiles are launched at America, Poland and/or the Czech Republic?  And 1 million Americans and Europeans are killed?
Prior to 9/11 no one in American would have believed that the Arabs would have flown two planes into the Twin Towers in New York and one plane into the Pentagon killing 3000 Americans. However every American knows that some day nuclear missiles will be launched against us. Are worst fears about  the "left" wing Obama and his crew have now been realized.
 Obama has made American's enemies very happy. There is no man who makes our enemies happy should be President of this country according to a University of Chicago Professor who did not want to give his name. He said, “We all must work hard within the next three years to through the worst President of all times out of office, before he destroys our county and everything we believe in.” An Italian interviewed for this article Johnnie Pepperoni said, “What do you expect when you put a Chicago West side Niger-o in the Oval Office?”

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-COMMENTARY-IF YOUR LUCKY ENOUGH TO BE READING THIS BLOG YOU ARE THE LUCKEST, RICHEST PERSON IN THE WORLD, BECAUSE, YOUR STILL HERE AND MICAHEL JACKSON, FARRAH FAWCETT, ED McMAHON, WALTER CRONKITE, JOHN HUGES AND PATRICK SWAYZE ARN'T HERE. People we all admired, envied, were richer, more successful than we though we were are now gone...shocking isn't it. Never in my life have I experienced more famous people die in such a short period of time. Most of them died while I was in the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections for 37 days this summer for publishing “speech” on my blog so I couldn't even morn properly for Farrah Fawcett for instance. I though she was the most beautiful woman in the world in the 70's and now my “beauty” was gone...
This summer could come to be known as the summer when baby boomers, us, began to turn to the obituary pages first, to face not merely our own mortality or ponder our legacies, but to witness the passing of legends who defined our generation.
One after the other, they were dying: Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett and Ed McMahon, all in the same week earlier this summer when I was locked up. Next were Walter Cronkite, John Hughes and, in late August, at a pitch point of public grief, Senator Edward M. Kennedy. Then on Monday, Patrick Swayze died after a widely publicized struggle with pancreatic cancer, only to be followed by Mary Travers of Peter, Paul and Mary Wednesday night.
It has been, by all appearances, the endless funereal season, with a news media swarm on the departed and a parade of nostalgic tributes. Even before Senator Kennedy succumbed to brain cancer Aug. 25, columnists wrote pleading laments like one in The Washington Post that said, “God, please stop taking away our celebrities.”
After Don Hewitt, the creator of “60 Minutes,” and Robert Novak, the conservative columnist and Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics supporters died within a day of each other in mid-August, I thought we should put our arms around our family, friends and tell them how much we love them because we can't be sure either they or us will be here tomorrow.....Notwithstanding, Litigation is War, Weclome to the Front...

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A BITTER DIVORCE STRUGGLE BETWEEN A POWERFUL WEALTHY INVESTMENT BANKER LEADS TO THE DEATH OF THE EX-WIFE  COLLEEN BOLANDAFTER A TWELVE YEAR DIVORCE BATTLE. The controversy between a wealthy  investment banker Frank Benevento II and his ex-wife Collene Boland lasted over 12 years after their divorce. According to reports Mr. Benevento distoryed his ex-wife's attorneys and the legal battle continues for 12 years. According to reports Ms. Boland died in 2006 partly as a result of the long legal battle that took its emotional toll.
