This is a milestone in Leo's sad facsimile of a life. Stoller, under his new name of Rita, has finally come out of the closet. I vote that we all just call Stoller Rita from now on. It will help him come to terms with his newfound identity.

Wrong again. You really do need to listen to the judge. What she told you is that a stayed case for civil defamation is not the proper forum and that you do not have the authority to file criminal charges against anyone. Only the State's Attorney represents the State and has the authority to file criminal charges.

Do let us know how your conversation goes with the State's Attorney. I'm sure you don't need to worry about prompting any scrutiny in return.

Mr. Johnson on Wednesday Cook County Criminal Court Judge Daniel T. Gillezicis signed a summons requiring you, your law partners David Abrams, Alfred Goodman and your attorneys J. Hayes Ryan, Tyan T. Brown and Chance L. Cooper "to appear before the Circuit Court of Cook County at 50 West Washington Court Room 1307 at 9:30 a.m. sharp on December 15, 2009 to answer unto the People of the State of Illinois for and concerning the charge of Criminal Contempt filed in said Court and have you then and there this writ with the endorcement thereon, in what manner you shall have executed the same."
I went to serve the Criminal Contempt Summons on your attorneys Gordon & Rees offices in Chicago. You lawyer J. Hayes Ryan refused to accept service and told me to go away. The Judge wanted you folks in court next week, but I said that you were out of state defendants so he gave you until December 15, 2009 at 9:30am.
There are a lot of lawyers who hold your above opinion, but that opinion is simply not true. Please advise me if you will accept service or will I have to get the sheriff to serve you?
