This is a false and misleading report. Stoller has filed a motion for leave to conduct an evidentiary hearing. The judge has not ruled on the motion.

I received my Masters in 1982 from North Dakota State University in Fargo. I was accepted into a PHD program at the University of Iowa. Although I attended the U of I's PHD program in 1968, I never completed my PHD...The hearing on Lance G. I received my Masters Degree from North Dakota State University in 1982. I was accepted in a PHD program which I started at the University of Iowa but never finished for personal reasons.

I guess that when you attended college and graduate school, the spell checker hadn't been invented.
Being accepted in a PhD "program" is a lot like getting a PhD, except that you didn't do any of the work.
