This is a false and misleading report. Stoller has filed a motion for leave to conduct an evidentiary hearing. The judge has not ruled on the motion. LS 10/20/2009 11:59am

Although I attended the U of I's PHD program in 1968, I never completed my PHD...The hearing on Lance G.
