 CHICAGO-(AEAE)-COMMENTARY- FOR THOSE READERS WHO HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THE CONTROVERSIES ON THIS BLOG, THEY HAVE ALL BEEN HEATING UP. The Google Inc., case has moved to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals Case No. 09-3569. Stoller won the last appeal. Will he win again? The Federal Circuit Court of Appeals has docketed Stoller's Appeal of a recent Tradmark Trial and Appeal Court Decision. Case No. 2010-1031. On the other side are the usual opponents the famous Washington D.C. Trademark Attorney Lance G. Johnson. That appeal where Stoller will plead a "fraud" case against good olde Lance G. Johnson. Will Lance G. Johnson be convicted of "fraud" on the Patent and Trademark Office or will the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals send Stoller packing? On Nov. 13, Illinois Criminal Court Judge Dennis Porter will issue his decision on whether Stoller will be convicted of Indirect Criminal Contempt for the "crime" of publishing articles on his blog and be sent to the Cook County Jail for six months? Stoller's opponents in his divorce proceeding would like nothing more than to see Stoller spend another 6 months in the Illinois Cook County Jail for there aware that Stoller intends to file "felony" charges against them for perjury and another charge which cannot be disclosed here at this time. Based on your track record, Stoller, these aren't even close questions. The courts will sanction you and send you packing. After all, as the courts have said now many times, your lack of credibility is a matter of public record. Oh, yeah, and then there are those vexatious litigant injunctions against you, your time in jail, your bankruptcy, etc. I guess the only real question is how much deeper of a hole can you dig for yourself. He deluded himself for four years into believing that a reconciliation was possible. But you have become one of them and his going to put you in jail on charges that carry 3-5 years, that's coming count on it...he spent the entire week-end working on those charges and when you lease expect it, your going to be arrested at your First Ave and Roosevelt location because he does not want the young ones to have to witness that event unlike you did to him....It's 2:58AM Sunday morning and the Subpoena's were mailed a few minutes ago...you hear about this week... By the way you should keep a couple hundred dollars on you because when you get locked up it nice to have some money go into your "commissary" account so that you can buy some shampoo and soap which I know is so important to you..I am putting a full court press on these knew charges against you, seven days a week...it's coming and the unfortunate fact is when you get out you will be barred from doing the type of work that you have been doing...you been warrned your on notice and he gave you over four years...but used that time to become more "evil" every day and continue to commit additional felonies....now he is going to make sure that you account for each felony...
