TEPPER.Direct contempt occurs within the presence of the court, and the court knows firsthand all the facts constituting the contemptuous conduct. Constructive contempt (also known as “indirect contempt”) occurs outside the presence of the court. The importance of distinguishing whether or not the contempt is direct or constructive is that, with the exception of court officers, direct contempt may be punished summarily when there are exigent circumstances. Constructive contempt, because of due process requirements, requires notice and hearing to the contemnor. Legal disclaimer: Illinois attorney Robert R. You can charge anyone with anything, Leo, but it don't amount to a hill of beans. You have a history of charging people with ridiculous claims, so there's no reason to believe this has any more merit than your numerous bogus charges in the past. When all is said and done, Stoller will find himself sitting in a jail cell yet again. Pinky, Stoller can't give up his life of crime because he has the mind of a criminal: selfish, inept, uneducated, ethically deficient and, well, just plain stupid. Could he change? Internet Authorities say that ANON had come to their attention at least six months ago because of his Internet Postings in which he described participating in a sleep disorder study. Anon according to the postings, claimed his sleep disorder was the result of being adbucted by aliens...The authorties would like to question Mr. Anon about his abduction...what say ANON about that? Or is ANON an alien? According to one authority, it is clear that may be a possibility from Anon's urge to attempt at communicating his incoherent thoughs in Internet Postings... Hey Pinky how do you know that Stoller "a history of charging people with ridiculous claims". In his most recent perjury charges against Attorneys Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman, three Cook County Judges Kathy Flanagan, the Chief Law Division Judge Madox and the Judge Wright who is in charge of all of the Judges in the Cook County Daley Center had to sign off on the charges before they were allowed to proceed...Pinky the attorneys who are charged are facing a possible 3-5 years of "jail" time if found guilty.
