Circuit Court Judge Flanagan granted an order sending Stoller Indirect Criminal Contempt Petition to Chief Judge Maddox for assignment and trial. Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman have sucessfully avoided service of process in the underlying 100 million dollar defamation lawsuit pending against them in Cook County Illinois. I see that you are still using XP/Win that old operating system... it is not necessary to mention your name here until such time as the lower court decisions are reversed...then your name will appear every day "again" forever, so everyone will again know who you really are, not that phony, facade that you have maintained to the outside world, but we do not have to discuss that here, do we..
You can expect the process server coming for you too, from the middle of Junuary to the middle of February you should look for him...he going to show up at your work this time and serve you there.... You think that this "calm" before the storm is indicative of the fact that you have gotten away with your crimes...but every day, seven days a week for over four year now, including tonight, Christmas, and tomorrow, preperations, research, drafting and re-drafting the pleadings to expose your crimes to the world have been perfected, got to get it "right" But I have nothing but "time" to accomplish that goal...thanks to you...I hope that your Christmas 2009 is as Merry as mine...
