I think the interesting question is someone can claim that they are a pauper to avoid filing fees and then pay for a special process server in Washington, DC. I think that the US Attorneys Office will be speaking with your special process server. When was he paid? How much? How was he paid? These questions will be answered by the FBI. Leave a Reply |
