In a lawsuit being filed in Chicago the officers of Bank of America including Brian Moynihan the CEO are charged with fraud, and Civil Racketerring as it relates to a "scheme" involving giving mortagages and then forclosing in the parties who were deceived. STOLLER WAS SPOTTED ON CHICAGO'S RUSH STREET LAST NIGHT HAVING DINNER AT pINGONG AND HANGING OUT WITH MEGAN FOX AT ROSCOE'S TAVERN. STOLLER, WHO WAS SEEN TAPING AN EPISODE OF "THE OPRAH WINFRED SHOW" ON THURSDAY. Word is he was "incredibly pleasant" and very accommodating with picture-seekers

Update. Stoller indeed was seen on Rush Street but, contrary to an earlier report, he was begging for change. A former cellmate, who affectionately referred throughout the evening to Stoller as his "bitch," was with him.
