CHICAGO-(AEAE) TUESDAY WAS BUSY, STOLLER HAD SEVERAL HEARINGS. THE JUDGE IN ONE AGREED TO SEND OUT THE CASE TO ANOTHER JUDGE FOR DETERMINATION OF DISQUALIFICATION. Lance G. Johnson Esq., was a no show in his "criminal" contempt proceeding in Cook County on Tuesday. The case was continued until Jan. 26, 2010. Today within a few hours there will be another  contested hearing which has required a lot of preparation. Tonight everyone will know what happened. Today Stoller's process server will serve 10 summons. Will post the pictures of the parties being served in that without the photographs, lawyers have a tendency to "deny" they were served ie the Lance G. Johnson crowd www.roylance.com
SIDEBAR-So you though that I was up all night preparing for just one hearing today, huh, think again. We were preparing for a service of summons"blitzkrieg!" Last night was a "year" in the making! I expect another major "blitzkrieg" within the next 3 weeks, after all "spring" is coming, the flowers with be blooming and the filings have to be made before the statutes of limitations runs out!

Amazing how a guy who claims to be a pauper in front of the court can have the financial resources to do all this. I bet the Justice Department is watching this with great interest and taking notes. You are making their case easy.

Looks like all of Stoller's appeals are now being dismissed because of the Seventh Circuit's order that found he perjured himself and prohibits him from filing in federal court. Adios, scumbag. And say hello to more jail time soon.
