CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A HARING FOR DISQUALIFICATION OF ILLINOIS CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE MARY ANN MASON IS SET TO GO BEFORE JUDGE LEROY K. MARTIN. In th last hearing Bryan Cave LLC Senior partner Steven R. Smith was charged with making misrepresentations of material fact or law. Stoller requested that Judge Martin put Mr. Smith under oath in order for Stoller to ask Smith one question, “Did you tell me on Dec. 23, 2009 that you knew Judge Mary Ann Mason and she would not put up with my nonsense?” Judge Martin refused to put Steven Smith under oath so that Stoller could ask him the question. A Petition for Indirect Criminal Contempt has already been filed naming Steven Smith. I read the transcript. Once again you got your flabby ass handed to you. Nice touch threatening a trial judge with an appeal, like they care.

Understand you made a fool of yourself in another matter this morning including fooling a trial judge whose clerk has already called the states attorney over the bs order you entered

I see process servers taging their parties. I see them by the end of the week serving 7 defendants with Section 1983 cases cases. I saw one attorney refuse to accept service in the Chicago Daley Center. I see that attorney getting nailed later in the day at his office with service of summons. I don't see anyone laughting

Makes one wonder where all this money is coming from to pay for all these transcripts and law suits. I suspect Mr. Johnson and his clients who have the big Judgment against this clown might want to look into that. I suspect the US Attorney might also.

Maybe this pig is filing these new cases in Cook County using pauper petitions, we should be so lucky, I assume someone is checking
