A SECOND MOTION FOR SUBSTATION OF ILLINOIS COOK COUNTY JUDGE MARY ANN MASON AS BEEN FILED 04/26/2010

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ILLINOIS CIRCUIT COURT JUDGE LEROY MARTIN HAD PREVIOUSLY DENIED A MOTION FOR SUBSTITUTION OF JUDGE MARY ANN MARTIN. Today a second motion for substitution of Judge Mary Ann Mason has been lodged based upon new allegations of bias and prejudice actions. According to the Americans for the enforcement of Judicial Ethics (AEJE) any judge who refuses to recuse himself or herself in the face of serious charges of bias and prejudice could be view as violating the Code of Judicial Conduct. "Citizens should vote these judges out of office", said one law professor who did not want to give his name.

I've been waiting for this Monday's 9:30AM hearing since June 6, 2005. Remember you brought it upon yourself, you lied each and every time you appeared in court. You got your lawyers to lie. On Tuesday be prepared to hand over to your lawyers about $100,000 grand if they still want to work for you, because I'm going to sue them again with just a few weeks. Lastly there are no threats that appear here. Everything that is said here happens! Remember there are "never" any threats ever only predictions of events that always come to pass. Prediction, eventually the preasure is going to become so great because of all of your unlawful actions, that you will eventually be incarcerated and/or file bankruptcy. You will eventually bolt Illinois by yourself, just like you bolted California 24 years ago. Everyone in Illinois when they learn the "truth" will say, "Good riddance to bad garbage!"

Dream on, fat boy, dream on. You can wish upon a star from that rat-infested closet you live in, but that won't change a thing. Her lawyers aren't going anywhere. Your bogus lawsuits will evaporate into thin air like a fart in an elevator-- just like always-- and in all likelihood, you will find yourself back in jail guarding your backside from being treated like a ride at an amusement park.

Just take a shower before your inevitable humiliation in court. Every day you smell more and more like roadkill. What, can't afford a water bill anymore, Leo? Grab a bar of soap and go down to North Avenue Beach if you have to. Your odor arrives five minutes before you do these days. Time to get a job, you frickin' derelect-- your life has been subsidized by the government for long enough.

The Judge wants to see you in Court at 10:00PM today. Secondly anyone that you become involved and assist you with your illegal conduct or aids in covering it up will be named in the next law suit.
