 CHICAGO-A YEAR AGO TODAY STOLLER WAS SITTING IN THE COOK COUNTY JAIL FROM JUNE 8TH, 2009 UNTIL JULY 15, 2009 UNLAWFULLY FOR THE PUBLICATION OF THIS BLOG. Today the parties responsible have been sued for malicious prosecution, false arrest, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional stress, violations of Section 1983 Civil Rights, Conspiracy, Fraud etc. The case was filed in February. A substitution of the first judge Berkowitz was made. The case was assigned to Judge Lee Preston. One of the Defendants asked for another substitution. Please tell your budies that they have a date with Judge Goldberg right after the fourth. Don't miss it, its going to be a lot of fun. They can expect to get some little invitations in the mail, a little extra reading material. Don't worry if they can't make it, we will just default them and have the sheriff pick them up.
