ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT SET ORAL ARGUMENT IN CROSS APPEAL OF RAYMOND H. WEBER A CONVICTED FELON 07/10/2010
![]() CAROL STREAM, ILLINOIS -(AEAE)-THE ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT SECOND DISTRICT HAS SET ORAL ARGUMENTS IN THE APPEAL AND CROSS APPEAL BY RAYMOND H. WEBER, a convicted felon residing in Carol Stream, Illinois along with his wife Leshia O. Weber. Raymond H. Weber was charged with attempting to defraud a surety company along with his attorneys , Laura Myers. The Appellate Court requested oral arguments which will allow the Appellate to show the court the evidence which supports its claim that Raymond H. Weber, his wife Leshia O. Weber and their attorney are attempting to defraud the surety under the color of law. It is very rear that a Appellate Court gets to a “crime” actually being committed right before their eyes, according to the charges. The oral argument is set for August. Stay tuned.
