PHOENIX, ARIZONA-(AEAE)-THE AWARD WINNING ARIZONA REAL ESTATE FIRM OF THOSE CALLAWAYS http://www.thosecallaways.com/ has been sued in Chicago for fraud, conspiracy, slander of title, trespass, deceptive trade practices, civil racketeering, intentional inflection of emotion stress and conversion. Named individually in the law suit as well are the Callaways themselves, JoAnn Callaway, Joseph Callaway and Kelly Callaway. They were put on notice in February not to interfere with a property, but they ignored the notice and are now facing very serious charges that if successful will put them out of the real estate business according to the opinion of one real estate expert who did not want to give his name. The Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics has Those Callaways listed as “not” recommended in the Opinion of AEAE. Any party that continues to do business with those Callaways does so at their own risk according to AEAE's opinion. Any lawyer or law firm that attempts to represent them will be charged with aiding and abiding those Callaways in the commission of a tort according to the charges listed. Those Callaways would not return phone calls.

Any one who touches the tar baby is going to be sued "endlessly!" Any lawyers who aid and abid their clients in the commission of a tort will be sued also "endlessly!" Until "no" mal practice carrier will insure them! Get the picture!
