WAUKEGAN-ILLINOIS-(AEAE)-ILLINOIS ATTORNEY MARY T. GRIFFIN TESTIFIES UNDER OATH AT A HEARING FOR SUBSTITUTION FOR CAUSE REGARDING JUDGE WINTER. Ms. Griffin stated that she had not contributed to Judge Winter's campaign fund. Ms. Griffin stated that Judge Winter had appointed her as a guardian at litem three times. And that Ms. Griffin has not socialized with Judge Winter out side of the Court Room. The other lawyer who testifies perjured himself and he will be charged with perjury. He is a politician who operates his law practice out side of his elected office in violation of Illinois law. Under oath he lied. If anyone has any information on Mary T.
