SMITH AND MICHAEL WERICH.  A Petition for indirect criminal contempt was filed against Steven R. Smith charging him with "false swearing", perjury. The charges against Michael Werich were subornation of perjury.

Let's not forget what the States Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit said about you, Leo: "Stoller offered confused, misleading deposition testimony with unfulfilled promises of cooperation. And the documents produced effectively made a mockery of the entire proceeding."

I am sure the Bryan Cave people are of the same opinion.
