CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT DENIED A PETITION FOR LEAVE TO FILE A MANDAMUS ACTION AGAINST THE ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT FIRST DIVISION TODAY. An appeal has been taken directly to the U.S. Supreme Court.
There are two important hearings today. One before Judge Allen Goldberg in the Cook County Sheriff false arrest, false imprisonment case and another before Judge Gerald Bender on a "frivilious" Indirect Crimina Contempt Proceeding and a post divorce action for visitation. Stay tuned.
