BARRINGTON, ILL.-(AEAE)-A MOTION WAS FILED TO DISQUALIFY A COURT APPOINTED GUARDIAN AD LITEM MARY T. GRIFFIN. It is alleged that Ms. Mary T. Griffin is “unfit” to be a guardian ad litem. That Mary T. Griffin did not have the best interest of the ward and attempted to imped and block a party from assisting the ward in various legal matters that the ward was unable to deal with on his own.

That someone is going to be sued "endlessly".

You should tell them what that is like.
You wanted to be a defendant for years. Since at least as early as 1995. You finally got your wish. It took a long time, many years, to deal with the fact that you, were inviting a lawsuit, and that you had become one of them. You know what I think of "them"! How I treat "them" and how you will be treated!

I have accepted that reality. You were given a much longer time to reconcile than any other party, but that time has expired, there will "never" be any reconcilation here, your crimes are unforgiveable!

Your just another series of files among other files, that's all you are, that's all you ever will be, a name in a active case file!
Just like the defendant(s) who came before you.

The Therapists tonight said "your cases will last forever!"

I would like to know how to go about getting the guardian to really do what is best for the child? My ? is that if you know that there are drugs in the home all the time can you order a drug test on the spot and how do you get the child removed from the situation? thank you,cindy
