BARRINGTON, ILLINOIS (AEAE) TODAY IS THE HEARING THE MARY T. GRIFFIN DIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT CHARGE. Attorney Griffin according to the charge filed for a false lien to be place on an asset. In Iliniois the filing for a false lien is a disbarable offense. Lawyers attempt to file liens against any asset they think will help them collect a debt. However when a lawyer knowingly files a "false" lien that can me the end of the line for that attorney's practice of law.

In a Chicago case yesterday, an appeal was filed for an Order that Illinois Chancery Judge Mary Ann Mason issued. Dispite the fact that three motions for substitution for cause were filed to disqualify Judge Mary Ann Mason, which are on appeal. Judge Mason refused to suspend the proceeding pending the appeal and issued an order which was espected and was appealed.

Trademark ownership is based upon one thing and one thing only, "use". No one took his trademarks because his ownership of the marks never stopped. Use creates ownership not any document that any government awards a party. It means nothing without "use!"

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois sold the IP from Stoller's estate, free and clear, to the The Society for the Prevention of Trademark Abuse, FREE AND CLEAR, for $7500. And this order prevents Leo from doing anything about it.

Furthermore, the United States Patent and Trademark office canceled 34 registrations for the mark STEALTH and variations thereof, owned by Leo's company, Central Mfg. Company.

You lose, Leo. Your spurious and frivolous lawsuit against Pure Fishing cost you everything. Time and time again the courts shut you down and kick your ass.

"Mr. Stoller appears to believe that this Court exists to serve his selfish interests and to promote his questionable business, rather than to serve the interests of justice. Mr. Stoller is wrong and must be sanctioned in the only manner that will deprive him of the very process he has sought to manipulate and pervert. In light of the above mentioned egregious conduct and flagrant contempt of court, to allow Mr. Stoller and his wholly owned entities to continue to 'invoke the judicial mechanism for his own benefit would raise concerns about the integrity and credibility of the civil justice system that transcend the interests of the parties immediately before the court."

Pray tell, Leo, do share. How is your one man 'not for profit group' known hysterically as the 'AEAE' doing?

Since you are advertising across the Internet as being a trademark expert, legal ethics expert, and an expert in just about every other legal area, surely you would be good enough to publish your Curriculum Vitae and all of those achievements that any reasonable person would find make you an expert in, well, just about nothing.

If you do decide to publish your CV, be sure to include the highlights. Oh, you know, the little things like all the time you have spent in jail, the courts you have been banned from, all the judgments and sacrions that have been entered against you.

Up yours, Leo, be sure to (literally) watch your ass when you wind up going to jail again.
