 CAROL STREAM, ILLINOIS -(AEAE)-THE ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT SECOND DISTRICT HAS SET ORAL ARGUMENTS IN THE APPEAL AND CROSS APPEAL BY RAYMOND H. WEBER, a convicted felon residing in Carol Stream, Illinois along with his wife Leshia O. Weber. Raymond H. Weber was charged with attempting to defraud a surety company along with his attorneys , Laura Myers. The Appellate Court requested oral arguments which will allow the Appellate to show the court the evidence which supports its claim that Raymond H. Weber, his wife Leshia O. Weber and their attorney are attempting to defraud the surety under the color of law. It is very rear that a Appellate Court gets to a “crime” actually being committed right before their eyes, according to the charges. The oral argument is set for August. Stay tuned. Obama tells the Justice Department to sue Arizona, “challenging the constitutionality of Arizona's immigration law set to take effect July 29th. Obama makes a lot of sense. In view of the fact that Obama has failed to stop illegal immigrants from coming into Arizona and the State of Arizona attempts to do what the Federal Government has failed to do, Obama then sues Arizona in Federal Court to stop Arizona from doing what the Federal Government has failed to do. Obama is a good lawyer, constitutional scholar and great president and all of those who voted for this grossly incompetent man got exactly what they deserve!
