  CALIFORNIA-(AEAE)-A LEADING Anthropologists stated that it was good news for society at large that hat Arnold Schwarzenegger had admitted fathering a child with a member of his household staff more than 10 years ago. “It is always good news for society at large when a well known famous male fathers another child in or out side of his marriage” according to the expert. “Normally children of well known off spring have the Genes to become famous people and contribute to society. Although having children outside of a marriage is bad for that individual marriage, society at large does benefit. Bill Clinton failure to produce children outside of his marriage, was societies lose.!”

There is a hearing set for Monday in front of Illinois Probate Court Judge Winter in which Mary Griffin will attempt to persuade Judge Winter to award her over $9,000 for doing nothing to assist an alleged disabled person and refusing to assist the party during foreclosure proceedings. Mary Griffin is not recommended by the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics. When a telephone call was placed to Mary Griffin today for her comments she refused to come to the phone.

Strauss-Kahn the head of the International Monetary Fund who was running in the lead to become the future president of France, while staying in a $3,000 dollar a night New York Hotel was set up with a Pen House Style Hotel Maid who accused Strauss-Kahn of attempting to sexually assault her. Strauss-Kahn was taken off a plane bound for France last night and placed in a jail cell. President Nicolas Sarkozy denies setting up Strauss-Kahn with a playboy style house maid. Although the French normally do not consider the indiscretions of their political leaders to be a disqualifier, this incident seems to have had an adverse effect on Strauss-Kahn’s chances to be elected president of France. ELMWOOD PARK MALICIOUS PROSECUTION CASE APPEALED TO THE ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE ILLINOIS APPELLATE COURT DENIED AN APPEAL WHICH ALLEDGED THAT A settlement agreement which disposed of a malicious prosecution case was coerced and the product of undue influence. The Illinois Supreme Court was asked to review that decision. The case was brought against Elmwood Park  http://www.elmwoodpark.org/ Police, Peter Silvestri, the Mayor, Chief of Police and several Police officers. Currently a second multi million dollar  malicious prosecution is being filed against the Elmwood Park Police, a divorce lawyer for causing a “second” false arrest on January 26, 2011, which lead to an acquittal on all charges on April 5, 2011 after a jury trial.

SIDEBAR: This divorce lawyer has been sued three times and four ARDC complaints have been filed. This lawyer loves to be sued. The divorce lawyer can no longer get legal malpractice insurance. CHICAGO-(AEAE)-RICHARD M. DALEY, 69 THE LONGEST SERVING CHICAGO MAYOR IS RETIRING. DALEY IS RANKED AS THE WORST MAYOR IN AMERICAN HISTORY. Putting aside the 22 years of corruption and contract cronyism which has marked Daley's administration. Daley has left the City of Chicago in almost a billion dollars of debt. He sold off the City's parking meters for one and half billion dollars to a private company. Spend all of the money in a year and half and now the City's parking meter cost is going up to $5.00 per half hour. The city residents will be cursed with the most expensive parking meter cost in the country due to Daley's absolute incompetence. Daley would not have lasted one year as a Corporate Executive in a large Corporation, but was able to survive 22 years as a Chicago Mayor destroying everything in his path. A few years ago at midnight he ordered special trucks to destroy the Chicago' only downtown airport, Meg's Field. Daley turned the airport into a park and all of the large corporations took there convention show business to Los Vegas because the business men could no longer land their company jets close to the Chicago Convention Centers. Daley said that Meg's field airport is not for the rich business men. So all of the rich business men took their convention business to Nevada. The City of Chicago will "never" recover from the financial damage that Mayor Daley inflicted on the citizens of Chicago. The citizens will only have to adjust to paying for Daley's gross incompetence for generations.

MAYWOOD, ILL (AEAE)-RAYMOND H. WEBER FROM CAROL STREAM ILLINOIS APPEARED IN THE MAYBROOK COURT ROOM IN Maywood, Illinois today. Raymond H. Weber is being charged with  verbable abuse for making threatening comments outside of the court room. Raymond H. Weber was convicted of a felony gun charge several years ago. Raymond H. Weber was recently charged with numerous felonies in Randell County Texas for confrounting and attacking police officers and possession of a firearm. However those charges were recently dismissed. Anyone who has any information on Raymond H. Weber and would like to share it  please email it to Ldms4@hotmail.com   Raymond H. Weber  failed to want to comment and denies the most recent charges.

SIDEBAR: Many of you complainted that I have not been posting every day since I was released from the Cook County Jail on April 12, 2011 after a jury found me not guilty of an frivilious Order of Protection Violation. I was held in Jail from January 26, 2011 until April 12, 2011. Now that I am out of jail, I have been attempting to catch up with all of the pleadings, lawsuits, appeals and other proceedings that I was unable to attend to while I was unlawfully incarcerated. Please bear with me. I will get back to blocking every day, but in the mean time I have a tone of pleadings that need to be attended to.

     To Prove Defamation Case?
    What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm. 
    The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation 

    The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

    “[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings.
