The representation by the Office of the Illinois Attorney General and their attorneys Attorney General Kwame Raoul, Assistant Attorney Aidan Nuttall , all of these multiple clients, Illinois Department of Human Services, David Stonecipher, Ciera Harvey and Danica Jackson, Daniel Chung (Collectively DHS Defendants) all with competing and conflicting interests, all with adverse interests violated the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct.
Attorney Aidan Nuttall is a named defendant in The Plaintiff’s Third Amended Complaint and is per se unqualified because he is a named defendant and a “witness”. Pursuant to the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct any attorney who is a “Witness” cannot represent clients in a case in which he may be called to testify against the other defendants.
