COMPUTER COPS ARREST JASON CHANCE FOR THREATING A ILLINOIS STATES ATTORNEY ON LINE

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-HERE WE GO AGAIN, THE COMPUTER COPS NABED A REAL “BAD” ONE THIS TIME. They arrested Jason Chance for “posting” alleged threats on a social networking Internet site allegedly threatening Illinois Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow. Mr., Chance was arrested and charged with 2 felony counts of threatening a public official and cyber stalking. Remember your computer is now the most dangerous item that you may have in your home. Although making postings on social networking sites cannot possibly be interpreted by any rational human being as being threating. Law enforcement officials today have found a new way to charge parties for “keying” in “words” on the Internet. The U.S. Prison Industrial Complex is hungry for patrons to fill their cells and now the government has found a new reason in the electronic age to charge citizens with the crime of publishing “speech” on line. http://abclocal.go.com/wls/story?section=news/local&id=7680969
The old aphorism that states, “sticks and stones may hurt my bones, but name cannot hurt me” is no defense to the Computer Law enforcement officials who are charged with filling their prisons with computer Internet users. This bloger spend 37 days in the Illinois Cook Country Jail last year from June 8th until July 15, 2010 for publishing “speech” on his former blog. Of course today the parties responsible are facing a 100 million dollar malicious prosecution law suit.
The First Amendment is not a right any more it has to be fought for every day, otherwise the Government will lock up everyone they can for merely “keying in words on a computer key pad in their home!” If you key in words on your computer key board, you are a target!
SIDEBAR: How about releasing the names and addresses of a few juries on line tomorrow? Or keying in the n-a-m-e-s of a few judges that are hatefully despicable person's who don't deserve to live? How much time would a computer operator get for those egregious, unconscionable crimes in Iran, North Korea or the U.S.A, home of the brave land of the free?

A HOME COMPUTER IS THE MOST DANGEROUS ITEM IN YOUR HOME THAT CAN GET YOU ARRESTED AND JAILED

9/15/2010

Picture
CHICAGO-(AEAE)-BEFORE THE ERA OF HOME HAVING HOME COMPUTERS BEGAN IN 1981, in order for a person to get charged with a crime, arrested and jailed, a person would have had to do some activity outside of his home such as to steal a car, rob a bank mug someone. Now the mere possession of a computer in your home can be used as evidence of a crime. Any person who is sitting in there home on the Internet can be a target of police who are monitoring file-sharing networks, blogs and social net working sites. Police can track the user to his home, execute a search warrant, arrest the user an charge them with a crime. Every day in the news papers a person can read stories of how law enforcement has made arrests of home computer users for various crimes. Possession of a home computer is rapidly become the most dangerous item that you can have in your home.

Picture
CHICAGO-(AEAE)- Who is going to be Chicago's next mayor? That's the question on the minds of both potential voters and media professionals this week following the surprising news that Mayor Richard Daley plans to step down from his post after two decades in office. Rumors are flying about a possible successor. Will Rahm Emanuel leave the Obama White House and come back home? Will one of Daley's City Council critics make a run? What about Tom Dart, the popular Cook County Sheriff. Thomas Dart is not qualified to become Mayor. While he has been in office he has been charged and sued with violating the civil rights of numerous prisoners being held in the Cook County Jail.

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE NATIONAL FUNERAL DIRECTORS MEETING IN CHICAGO CONCLUDED TODAY. The Funeral Directors ended the 9/11 conference with a vote to bar defibrailators from being issued to grave diggers. “Since 25% off Funeral Directors re-peat business comes from mourners who suffer cardiac arrest while attending funerals. “It does not make any sense to have our grave diggers attempt to resuscitate grief stricken mourners, which represent a significant part of our business.” explains John Ambulance, a spokesman for the Funeral Industry. “These are tough economic times and we too, need all the business we can get! Further more the job of a grave digger is to dig graves, not to resuscitate grief stricken mourners, who suffer cardiac arrest while attending funerals.”

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

[Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties. [Citation.] Finally, it is the accuracy of the summary, not the truth or falsity of the information being summarized, that is the benchmark of the privilege.
