Chicago (AEAE) Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul, Jane Elinor Notz, David Neumeister, Aidan Nuttal, Lee Stark and Alyssa Garofalo have been charged with Violations of ARDC Rule 3.3(a), making misstatements of material fact and/or law to varies Judges in pleadings recently filed.

Jane Elinor (Jenny) Notz, is not a criminal, has serves as Illinois Solicitor General since 2019. As Solicitor General, she oversees the work of the Civil and Criminal Appeals Divisions in the Illinois Attorney General’s Office in the state and federal courts of appeal, including the United States Supreme Court and the Illinois Supreme Court.
