JOHN F. SCHOMBERG CHARGED IN AN ATTORNEY DISBARMENT COMPLAINT IN ILLINOIS

CHICAGO (AEAE) The Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) which advocates the strict enforcement of Attorney Ethics since 1974, a member has filed a Attorney Disbarment Complaint Against the General Counsel of the Illinois Department of Human Services, John F. Schomberg, who is charged with lying to third parties in an attempt to have the home care hours of a disabled person, unlawfully reduced. See attached complaint below.
The Illinois Attorney Registration and Discipline Commission has since 1973, investigated complaints alleging illegal, unethical and dishonest conduct by lawyers, like the General Counsel of the Illinois Department of Human Services, John F. Schomberg. See a copy of the Attorney Disbarment Complaint attached here to.

CHICAGO-There is no such thing as "Gun Violence's" "Alcohol Violence" or "Car Violence " there is only people violence. Right now the minority population is killing more people every day, than ever before because they have emasculated the police!

In Chicago the cops shoot and killed a Black burglar, the family sued and received a million dollars.

The entire judicial system has been turned up side down since the Minneapolis Officer killed a dangerous criminal "Floyd" and was sent to prison for doing his job and getting a dangerous criminal off of the Street, according to Professor Harold Goldenshalf.

Chicago has become the "planet of the apes" every political office in the State of Illinois except the Governor, is now run by blacks, the down town of Chicago is destroyed, Michigan Avenue, the greatest shopping center in the World is now turned into a jungle, 30% vacancies and no one is safe even walking down Michigan Ave in Chicago.

Tonight the negro's in Chicago will murder at least 12 people and the cops will do nothing about it because they do not want to go to jail for arresting a "Murder!"

Luberda, Michael Cotter, Rick Dorgay charged with Breech of Contract for failing to provide a Sanitary Permit The charges allege that Rick Dorgay agreed to provide a Sanitary Permit on behalf of Walworth County Wisconsin to Michael Stoller. That Rick Dorgay has refused. See attached letter.

CHICAGO-(AEAE) THE AMERCIANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) has give a rating of 1/2 star to the Schwartz Intellectual Property Law Firm. This rating is based upon the first hand experience that a AEAE member who had a dead line to file a Response to an Office Action from the Trademark Office contacted the Schwartz Intellectual Property Law Firm and attorney Matthew S. Crosby, who is also rated 1/2 star, never returned the call. The Schwartz Intellectual Property Law Firm is clearly not recommended and has received AEAE's lowest rating 1/2 Star.

Chicago-(AEAE) WISCONSIN ATTORNEY DAVID P. MUTH with the law firm of Quarles Brady LLP and William N. Foshag have been charged with Professional Misconduct by a member of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) before the Wisconsin Office of Lawyer Regular. See attached Complaint and copies of an Opening Appeal Brief filed In the Wisconsin Court of Appeals that outlines the charges in detail.
Neither David P. Muth nor William N.Foshag could be reached for comment.

Chicago (AEAE) A Attorney Disbarment Complaint was filed against Illinois Assistant Attorney Brian T. Jant for alleged violations of the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct. Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul pictured below was charged in a related Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary complaint filed by the Director of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics. See attached Complaints.
Brian T. Jant could not be reached for comment.
