Chicago (AEAE) a Petitioner, Leo Stoller, 78, a disable person, a protected person as defined by the Americans Disability Act (ADA) was compelled to petition the Illinois Supreme Court in a writ of mandamus, requesting that the court compel the Circuit Court of DuPage County, the chief Judge Bonnie Wheaton, Judge Kenneth Popejoy, Judge Maureen Riordan and Jillian Dicks, Illinois DuPage County Court Disability Coordinator, to permit the Petitioner, a disabled individual, to appear via Zoom for all court proceedings, in DuPage County Court, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA"), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and Illinois law. See attached Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
