CHICAGO-(AEAE) ILLINOIS CHIEF JUDGE OF COOK COUNTY TIMOTHY C. EVANS JOHN P. CALLAHAN AND JUDGE DANIEL GILLESPIE HAVE BEEN SUED in DuPage County Illinois for failure to maintain security in their court room See DuPage County Complaint.
There is also a Illinois Judicial Inquiry Complaint that has been filed against Judge Daniel Gillespie, Judge John P. Callahan and Judge Timothy C. Evans along with a Petition for Writ of Mandamus before the Illinois Supreme Court Case No. 125881.
Judge Daniel Gillespie has been a Cook County Judge for 30 years. A retired lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army who has supported gay rights in the military. Judge John P. Callahan Jr., has been on the bench for 10 years.
As grounds for the relief, Petitioner states on May 21, 2019 while in Cook County Court Room 2205 Opposing Counsel Brad Franco attacked the Petitioner while he was setting in his wheel chair. See a copy of the Judicial Inquiry Complaint[1] filed against Judge Gillespie and Judge Evans for their failure to provide security in a Cook County Court Room for disabled parties ie Petitioner Christopher Stoller and the Judicial Inquiry Board Complaint.
Notwithstanding the physical attack by Opposing Counsel Brad Franco on Christopher Stoller, Judge Gillespie fails to provide security, fails to have a sheriff present in his court room and allows Attorney Brad Franco who previously committed an assault and battery on Christopher Stoller on May 21, 2019  to continue to harass and to continue to intimate Christopher Stoller, a senior citizen, disable person in Judge Gillespie’s Cook County court Room.
The Chief Judge Timothy C. Evans of Cook County does not have a written policy which requires Judges to have security in Cook County Court Rooms to protect parties from assault and batteries. See Appendix 2 a Copy of a complaint filed in DuPage County Case No. 2020AR000151 incorporated herein by reference.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER: Judge Daniel Gillespie, Judge John P. Callahan,  Judge Timothy Evans, Attorney Brad Franco deny all charges against them  which are only allegations and the Respondents are considered innocent until proven guilty by a court of law.

“[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. The 2020 Democratic Candidates are All Perennial  Losers

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-Anyone who saw the 2020 Democratic debate on Wednesday night was reminded of the 1972 Democratic candidates, George McGovern and Eugene McCarthy. The biggest losers in the history of the U.S. presidential raises. It was a circus. The Democratic debate on Wednesday night featured nonstop fireworks, kicking off with every person on stage not named Mike Bloomberg going after the former New York City mayor — before the night broke down into a two-hour slug fest with all the candidates throwing punches this way and that.
The first hit at the NBC/MSNBC two-hour debate here came from front-runner Bernie Sanders the 2020 version of Eugene McCarthy, who ripped Bloomberg — who was participating in his first presidential faceoff — for his record as mayor. Bloomberg promptly fired back, telling the senator he cannot beat President Donald Trump.
Sanders slammed Bloomberg for the controversial stop-and-frisk policing policy his administration used, "which went after Latino and African American people in outrageous ways who commit more crimes than any other race," Sanders said, adding that Bloomberg's record "is not going to" increase voter turnout. Neither will the communist Bernie Sanders, Bloomberg screamed back.
The 2020 Democratic race for President will go down in flames worst than the 1968 and 1972 Democratic races, which ended in flames. Democrats are smart people they just cannot nominate a smart candidate. Democrats are Perennial losers. Democrats are people who suck basically all the time. They don't realize they suck because they often delude themselves by clinging to some distant past event to justify their existence. They are exactly like Cub or Met fans that keep cheering for losing teams season after season.

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation
