OAKTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE PRESIDENT JOIANNE L.SMITH CHARGED WITH DISCRIMINATION AGAINST A DISABLED STUDENT

CHICAGO-(AEAE) Oakton Community College President Joianne L. Smith has been charged with a civil rights complaint with discrimation against a disabled student who was denied his fall financial aid based upon the fact that the transcript that he produced which evidenced his prior courses was not “certified”.Smith earned a doctorate of philosophy and a master of science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to joining Oakton’s administration in 2002, she served as assistant director of university residential life at Northwestern University. Earlier in her career, Smith was the dean of Brainerd Commons, a living-learning residential community at Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont. Her graduate and doctoral studies concentrated in counseling and psychology, and she is a licensed clinical psychologist. Smith is a leader in a number of national higher education associations, including the NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. She resides in Oakton’s district and has been featured in several higher education periodicals for her innovative approach to student success.
Joianne L. Smith has a not recommended rating by AEAE. Other members of the Oakton Comunity College staff that have received a negative rating are Jamie Petersen, the Manager of Student Financial Aid and Lauren Hacket, a Financial Aid Advisor, who was charged with making misstatement of fact to the father of a disabled student.

Donald Trump represents American’s last stand against the Hispanic onslaught. Trump is the 2018 version of the Alamo. If he is destroyed the Hispanic will take over this nation by 2030 according to Harold Goldenshalf. The Democrats aid and abet the Illegal Aliens, which are all seen as the future political base of the Democrats.
Noted Sociologists Goldenshalf has stated that the easiest way for one society A to take over society B without firing a shot is for society A to have their citizens migrate to society B and within three generations, society A will have taken over society B, without ever having to fire one shot.
After Robert Mueller had executed search warrants on president’s Trump’s personal lawyer, Michael Cohen, it now is clear that the evil Mueller is out to destroy Trump. All anyone has to do is look at Mueller' picture above to see that Mueller is clearly the personification of pure "evil". a person out to destroy the President of the United States.
Trump has more than sufficient evidence to “clean house”. To fire Robert Mueller and Rod Rosenstein, the Deputy Attorney General, who approved the search warrants on Michael Cohen.
Maybe Trump has not read Julius Caesar’s play by Shakespeare. If he did Trump would see that Robert Mueller is Brutus, a traitor, nothing more than a Benedict Arnold, that has to be terminated, immediately, before he terminates Donald Trump. To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
