THE DANGER OF DEFENSE CUTS-OBLIVION

CHICAGO-(EJ)-COMENTARY-THE DOVES IN THIS COUNTRY HAVE FOR DECADES ADVOCATED SUBSTANTIAL CUTS IN THE U.S. DEFENSE BUDGET of 700 billion dollars. “The money would be better spend in Schools, infrastructure, health care etc”, according to one democratic dove. Two recent examples in history disprove that proposition. Saddam Hussein cut his defense budget and eliminated his nuclear program and so did Gaddafi. Whether anyone liked Saddam Hussein or Gaddafi is irrelevant. Those two leaders are dead, murdered by the west and their governments have seized to exist because of defense budget cuts and elimination of their nuclear programs. Had Saddam and Gaddafi spend enough money and obtained the “bomb” they would be alive today and their governments would still be in business. Likewise, no country in their right might is going to attack North Korea, the poorest nation in the far east but the strongest nation because they spent what ever money they had developing the biggest weapons they could for their own defense. Having previously been plummeted during the Korea war. The lesson is clear for governments and the U.S. to cut military spending can lead to oblivion.

The lesson for parties who are being prosecuted by corrupt lawyers and judges is to file attorney disciplinary and Judicial complaints against these corrupt officers of the court!

VERDICT: The up coming election vote for the candidate that advocates a strong defense. The Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE) advocates filing attorney disciplinary complaints against corrupt lawyers and judges.

WHY THE CHICAGO CUBS HAVEN'T WON A WORLD SERIES SINCE 1906

10/30/2011

Picture
CHICAGO-(AEAE)-SPORTS TEAMS WHO HAVE A HISTORY OF LOSING ARE MORE LIKELY TO LOSE AGAIN ACCORDING TO A STUDY BY THE NORWEGIAN SCHOOL OF SPORT SCIENCES. The study found that a team's previous failures, even if they happened years earlier, make current players more self conscious and more likely to “choke” and perform badly under pressure. Chicago Cub fans will recall the last time that the Cubs had a chance to win the 2003 World Series and choked again.
Which many Cub fans blame on Steve Bartman. “The Steve Bartman incident occurred during a Major League Baseball playoff game between the Chicago Cubs and the Florida Marlins on October 14, 2003, at Wrigley Field in Chicago. In the eighth inning of Game 6 of the National League Championship Series, with Chicago ahead 3–0 and holding a 3 games to 2 lead in the best of 7 series, several spectators attempted to catch a foul ball off the bat of Marlins' second baseman Luis Castillo. One of the fans, Steve Bartman, reached for the ball, deflecting it and disrupting a potential catch by Cubs outfielder Moisés Alou. If Alou had caught the ball, it would have been the second out in the inning, and the Cubs would have been just four outs away from winning the National League pennant. Instead, the Cubs ended up surrendering eight runs in the inning, giving up the lead. They went on to lose the game. When they were eliminated in the seventh game the next day, the "Steve Bartman incident" was seen as the turning point of the series.[1]”
What really happened is that the Cubs “choked” under pressure. The Bartman incident had really nothing to do with the Cubs loosing the 2003 National League Championship Series.
This rule of sports teams failing who have a history of failure applies, to the Practice of Law, Medicine, Accounting and Armies. Likewise those who have a history of winning, like Tony Victorious La Russa, enhances Hall of Fame credentials  ,continue to win.

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-EVIDENCE THAT STOCK INVESTORS ARE REALLY BRAIN DEAD ZOMBIES WAS EXHIBITED TODAY WHEN THE MARKET SOARED ON NEWS THAT THE EUROPEAN UNION LEADERS AGREED TO EXPAND EUROPE'S BALLOUT FUND AND TAKE MAJOR LOOSES ON THE GREEK DEBT. Investors have no one to blame when they get wiped out These BRILLIANT investors throw there money away because the underlying news that caused the market to soar is based on the false factual premise that Greek Economy can be saved and that the Euro is a realiable currency. These investors do not want to face reality that the Euro is dead. There is no central authority to regulate the Euro within the 26 countries that use it. On this crazy news the S&P 500 moved into positive territory for the year and moved the Dow above 12,000 mark for the first time since August 1, 2011. It is clear that the America people cannot rely on the "country's smartest people to fix our economy"!

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IT'S TIME FOR CHICAGO ALTERMEN DANEL SOLIS (25TH WARD) www.dannysolis.org/  AND WALTER BURNETT (27TH WARD) AND COOK COUNTY COMMISSIONER JOHN FETCHER TO GO. With the support of Walter, and John Fritcher, Solis introduced a law to make the “street drug” marijuana use and possession legal. Walter Burnett calls the need to legalize pot a discrimination issue, stating that a disproportionate amount of illegal drug arrests involve black men. Chicago's new Police Chief, Gary McCarthy also supports the new law stating “ Chicago cops having to arrest pot users, takes cops away from what they should be doing on the street (which is nothing)

SOLUTION TO WALL STREET OCCUPATION-TAX THE OCCUPIERS

10/26/2011

Picture
WASHINGTON-(AEAE)- SOLUTION TO THE WALL ST OCCUPATION IS NOW BEING PROPOSED BY THE DEMOCRATS AND THAT IS TO “TAX THE OCCUPIERS A HUNDRED DOLLARS A DAY THAT THEY ARE PROTESTING AND NOT GAINFULLY EMPLOYED. Rather than taxing the rich, who have the Republicans united against any raise in any tax, the Wall Street Protestors have no support in Congress and thus the Democrats see them as an easy target for trying to reduce the deficit by taxing every non-productive Wall Street Protestor a hundred dollars a day for “not doing anything productive to help the economy other than to stand around a protest” according to Minnesota’s Al Franken, who affirmed his support for taxing the Wall Street Occupiers in a non-binding resolution. The senators’ endorsement of such plan came just after the chair of the Senate Budget Committee introduced his colleagues to this left-leaning plan to tax the Wall Occupation Protestors a hundred dollars a day to help trim the federal deficit. "There are so many of them all over the country that we will have our deficit eliminated in no time," Franken said.

WASHINGTON-THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION HAVING TRIED EVERYTHING TO IMPROVE THE ECONOMY AND NOW BEING STALLED ON ITS JOBS BILL OFFERS REDUCED SENTENCES according to an unnamed source, TO: Enron - Jeffrey Skillingwho is serving 24 years, Andrew Fastow  Tyco - CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski and former CFO Mark Swartz who was sentenced to eight years and four months to twenty-five years in prison for his role in the scandal,WorldCom - Former CEO Bernard Ebbers, who was convicted of federal fraud and conspiracy charges for his part in a massive accounting fraud now estimated at $11 billion and CFO Scott Sullivan. Adelphia - Founder John Rigas and his son Timothy who were convicted in federal court in June 2004 of conspiracy, bank fraud and securities fraud. Imclone - Samuel Waskal who was sentenced in June 2003 to more than seven years in prison and ordered to pay more than $4 million for insider trading and fraud charges, to which he had pleaded guilty.

“These men are selling and money machines, they know how to get people to invest and spend money. Americans have money, they just arn't spending it. These individuals have the ability to get the economy going again. Like a scene cut from the Dirty Dozen, we have nothing left to lose. There is now substantial unrest in America with the Occupy Wall Street movement spreading all over the country and with 39% of the American people agreeing with the Occupy Wall Street Movement, we had no choice but to go to these professional business men to help us turn the economy around”, according to an unnamed source.

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

[Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties.
