  CHICAGO-(AEAE)-OBAMA'S PLATFORM IN THE 2008 ELECTION WAS “CHANGE”. Obama was able to sell that to the majority of Americans who elected Barack Obama the first “black” president. Obama in seeking a “second” term of office has decided to take on the Catholic Church on the issue of the use of contraceptives. US Catholic Church Demands Exemption From Obama Contraception The Catholic Church has for over 2000 years opposed any form of contraception and has always opposed, abortion and homosexual marriage. Obama in keeping with his “change” platform of 2008 is going after the Catholic Church which owns and controls over 25% of the hospitals and medical care facilities in the U.S, Obama wants the Catholic Church to change its policy on “contraception” and to give information to those who want it on “how to prevent child birth” or face the lost of Federal Funding.Catholic Church Blasts HHS Birth Control Rule. Sister Mary Mercy said,”We have to take a stand, we cannot give in and allow our 2000 year old values be destroyed by this President.” Professor of Political Science Dr. Harold Goldenrod stated, “This is the first time in History that an American President has attempted to attack the moral values of the Catholic Church. Obama is also the first President that said in public that in order to resolve the Palestine Israeli conflict the Israeli must return to the indefensible 1967 boarders. Obama promised the American people that “change” was coming and it certainly has, in foreclosures, job loss and the econcomy . Obama will always be remembered as a “brilliant” president”.   CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IN A GALA CELEBRATION HELD ANNUALLY BY AEAE, LAST EVENING IN CHICAGO, MS HEARD WAS AWARDS ITS GOLDEN FLASK AWARDS FOR THE BEST ACTRESSES OF THE YEAR. In the top female acting award this year went to Ms.Amber Heard for her performances in the Playboy Club a short lived NBC TV show. Ms. Heard captured the top spot over seven other leading ladies for her role in the Playboy Club, which was shot right here in Chicago.

The Director of AEAE stated to the Hollywood  Press and the Screen Actors Guild Representatives, that "his refusal to recuse himself from judging the best actress award competition, on account of his friendship with Ms. Heard, did not serve to  influence his final decision in choosing Ms. Heard for the Best Actress award over Megan Fox and  Kiera Knightly." Mary Margaret Haugen, D-Camano Island, HAS BEEN RANKED BY THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF GOVERNMENT ETHICS (AEGE) as unqualified to serve in the opinion of AEGE. CHICAGO-(AEAE)-”THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A Hate crime. NOBEL LAUREATE AND PROFESSOR OF PSYCHIATRIC HAROLD GOLDENSHALF SPOKE AT A LECTURE AT HARVARD UNIVERSITY. “CRIME BY THEIR  VERY NATURE IS A “HATEFUL” ACT. To characterize a crime as a  Hate Crime crime is an Oxymoron , a Non sequitur.

The job of a prosecutor is to put people in jail. The U.S. Incarcerates a greater percentage of its population than any other country including Russia, North Korea, China and Iran. Prosecutors use the false designation to enhance sentences by classifying them has not only a crime but a  Hate Crime.
Does it make any difference to a murder victim if he was killed by someone who loved him or “hated” him?
However it will make a big difference to the offender if the prosecutor can some how establish that the crime was committed as a result of “hate” verses “love”. The designation of the term “hate” crime represents an unconstitutional device by which law enforcement can attempt to justify “longer” prison sentences and should be eliminated from the legal lexicon and statutory law.” By Leo Stoller View this Author's Spotlight

COLLEGE STUDENS SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO TAKE ANY "REQUIRED" COURSES IN ORDER TO GRADUATE

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-"College students should no longer be required to take any particular course, by a University, in order to graduate as long as the students takes 60 hours for an Associate Degree or 120 hours for a four year degree, the student should be allowed to graduate. Forcing college students to take any special math, science or English course which the student may be unqualified to take can be qualified as the Intentional Infliction of  Emotional Stress. Every year over 1500 college students commit suicide as a result of this stress. In addition many colleges including the Chicago Junior College system have graduation rates lower than 10%. The elimination of any required courses that a student my find himself unqualified to take or too stressful must eliminated according to Professor Harold Goldenshalf.

Obama started out by saying, ”The Middle Class is not doing well!”

“Brilliant” I thought, Obama's now going for the majority of voters”.
Obama then said, “The rich should pay more!”
“Wow, stimulate class war fare, sounds brilliant.”
“Flat Tax of 30% on the rich achievers, make the rich pay for their success, brilliant Obama.”
“Tax the companies who have found a way to sell their products and services for less money here in America by shipping the work over seas to countries that have more competitive wages scales, makes sense, Brilliant Obama”,
“Lets bring those jobs back to American so that the products and services will cost Americans 30-50% more, Brilliant Obama,” Professor Goldenshalf said in an interview for this blog article.
Obama wants to spend “billions and billions on roads, bridges and private railways with the money that the country will save from bringing home the troops from Iraq!”
“Brilliant move Obama. Even though the Obama Administration ran the deficit to the highest in history at 15.2 Trillion Dollars and that Obama Administration is the only Administration in history that interprets “reducing spending on a war” as some sort of savings that can be used to further increase the deficit by 'spending billions and billions on roads, bridges and private railways'”
Professor Goldenshalf concluded the interview by saying, “Although Obama's programs presented to advance the economy will no doubt 'kill competition, increase the cost of products and services to Americans, create a much larger deficit, create class war fare by taxing the high achievers in order to support those who do not contribute to our economy or have had limited success in the accumulation of wealth, Obama had the House, Senate and the Press mesmerized with the most 'brilliant” State of the Union Address that I have seen since, Harry Truman's 1950 State of the Union 'Buck Stops Here ' Address.” By Leo Stoller View this Author's Spotlight

AEAE CALLS FOR THE OF RESIGNATION OF ILLINOIS HARPER COLLEGE PRESIDENT KENNETH ENDER

  PALATINE, ILLINOIS-AEAE  CALLS FOR THE RESIGNATION OF ILLINOIS, HARPER COLLEGE PRESIDENT KENNETH ENDER. Background: Harper College

Dr Ender made the tragic decision to terminate the football program at Harper College which has been in place since 1972. The decision was not based on the $350,000 that the program cost the school. Harper College in Palatine Illinois serves 35,000 students. The lame excuse that Dr. Ender gave for ending Harper's football program was “Football had become divorced from the school;s mission of propelling local students toward bachelor's degrees or professional advancement...fewer that 10% of the team's 80 players came from the Palatine area. For example this year roster featured athletes from as far away as the U.S. Virgin Islands.” Dr Ender was of course not a football player and had no idea of the values that Football imparts to the players that they cannot ever get in a class room. For instance, only a football player learns that he can win in the last quarter of the game, even if his team is losing for 3/4's of the game. Students generally never can learn that lesson. Football players learn discipline, motivation, team cooperation and the joy of winning and the disappointment of losing which students never learn. The values taught by coaches to football players last their whole life. Lessons that can never be learned in any class room. According to Nobel Laureate and Professor Emeritus of Psychology Harold Goldenshalf.

Dr. Ender complained that Harper's football program drew players as far away from Palatine, Illinois as the Virgin Islands. Such diversity would not be possible without a long standing football program. Lastly, football programs give an entire school a team to cheer for and be proud of. There is not legitimate College or University today that does not maintain a Football Program. AEAE calls for the resignation of Dr. Kenneth Ender an incompetent College President that belongs teaching in some south side Chicago High School not the President of College serving 35,000 students. The Chicago Tribune writer John Keilman who wrote the following story endorsing the elimination of Harper Colleges football program does not belong writing for a major Newspaper like the Chicago Tribune.      To Prove Defamation Case?
    What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm. 
    The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation 

    The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

    “[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings. [Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties.
