Chicago (AEAE) A Attorney Disbarment Complaint was filed against Illinois Assistant Attorney Brian T. Jant for alleged violations of the Illinois Rules of Professional Conduct. Illinois Attorney General Kwame Raoul pictured below was charged in a related Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary complaint filed by the Director of the Americans for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics.
