CHICAGO-(AEAE)- Charles Manson 77, was denied parole, his 12th and probably final bid for freedom for the 1968 murders of Sharon Tate and friends. Manson has been in jail for 44 years. CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ACCORDING TO A LEADING EXPERT IN JURY TRIALS, PROFESSOR HAROLD GOLDENSHALF, “The huge media coverage of the Jennifer Hudson murder trial will make it impossible for the accused killer William Balfour to receive a fair and impartial trial by jury. The framers of our constitution in 1776 never could have of envisioned the type of Media circus that high profile criminal trials have become in the twenty first century. Balfour is accused of killing three members of the famous singer, Jennifer Hudson's family. Although Judge Burns has warned the jury members to avoid watching any media coverage and especially not to view Jennifer Hudson's appearance on “American Idol” today, that is impossible to control. Juror 21 of the Hudson trial claimed that although he was violently, he can deliver a “fair” judgment. To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation
