Dr. Ralf Menezes Charged with Perjury

Chicago (AEAE) A renoun Chicago Psychicatrists for 49 years Dr. Ralf Menezes has been charged with purjury in a complaint filed before the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation (IDOPR) on 09-06-2023.
In a civil lawsuit on August 7, 2023, Dr. Ralf Menezes signed an affidavit, under the terms of perjury.
The charge before the IDOPR states that Dr. Ralf Menezes August 7th, 2023 affidavit contain a false statement, "perjury". Dr. Menezes submitted his affidait in support of his close friend Christopher Stoller, 74, who has been charged with forgery in Walworth County Case Number 2023CF000310 State of Wisconsin vs. Christopher Stoller. Dr. Menezes did not return phone calls. See attached lettr from the IDOPR

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
