WASHINGTON-(AEAE)-OBAMA'S SUPPORTERS APPROVAL RATINGS HAVE PLUNGED TO A DISMAL 11%. IN a poll conducted by McDonald's of 1000 elageable voters who rated the voters who voted for Obama, 89% disaprove of the voters who voted for Obama in 2008. Obama received over 97% of the PhD's vote, 86% of MD's and 98.5% of College Professors. All of whom are suppose to be the smartest people in the country. "With the ailing economy, the most intellegent voters in the country are now considered completely responsible for the economic mess that we are all in, I do not blame Obama, I blame the Phd's, Md's and Attorneys who voted for Obama," said one of the respondents. Of the thousand people polled 89% disapproved of the voters who voted for Obama and blame them for the depression that occured during the Obama Admission, not Obama. As everyone without a Phd knew that Obama was unqualified to run a candy store, let alone the country, "according to another respondent.

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IN A NEW SURVEY JUST OUT TODAY, NAMES BARAK OBAMA AS THE "BEST" OF THE WORST PRESIDENTS IN AMERICAN HISTORY.
"Notwithstanding that the economy is in the tank, with Obama's rating now below 39%, and the jobless rate is the greatest since the great depression" the University of Harvard President commenting on the New Survey finding Obama as the "Best" of the worst Presidents in American History, said,"the economy could be much worst, had Obama not had a Harvard Education. Can you imagine if Obama had just gone to a State College or worst yet, a junior college, how much worst the economy would be. It just goes to show you, just how valuable a Harvard Education is and "worth" every penny of the quarter of a million dollars it will cost you today! Without a Harvard Education, Obama could have been voted the "worst" of the "worst" American Presidents in History."

MAN WITH RUNNER'S "HIGH" CONVICTED OF RECKLESS HOMICIDE AND DUI

CHICAGO-(AEAE)- A RUNNER WHO HAD JUST CONMPLETED A 26 MILE MARATHON WAS CONVICTED OF AGGRAVATED RECKLESS HOMICIDE CHARGED WITH AGGRAVATED duI, BEING TOO "HIGH" while driving, from running 26 miles. The man's endorphin level, according to prosecutors exeeded the State's legal limit, regardless of the fact that the man was not drinking or did not take any known drug. The man's attorney said he would file an appeal of the 10 year sentence.

PARIS-STRAUSS-KAHN IN HIS FIRS NEWS CONFERENCE IN France today admitted that his ejaculation with the maid in New York there months ago which lead to his arrest on rape chargew was consensual but "not  unlawful." Unlike former president Bill Clinton who claimed that oral fellation with Monica Lewinsky was "NOT" sex. "I did not have sex with that Woman," Clinton said. His denial that Oral Fellation was not sex lead to an entire generation of girls and boys having Oral Fellation, believing that it was "not" sex. CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE SCIENCE OF ATTRACTION (SOA). What is the Science of Attraction? The study of the Science of attraction reveals "why people are attracted to each other. Why does someone choose one mate over another. SOA answers those questions. Physical attraction (PA) is a relative thing. Although everyone admires beautiful models, movie stars and attractive rock stars, not everyone wants to marry one or could marry one. The number one rule of Attraction is that "people looking for a mate tend to select similar looking people of the opposite sex. " To establish this hypothesis, one merely has to look at who their neighbor married. The number two rule of attraction is that a women's opportunity for attracting a mate is greatest when she is between the ages of 18 to 28. Number three, a male's greatest opportunity to attract a femal is when the male is between the ages of 22 to 49. Number four, 41% of divorces occur between the first three years of marriage. Number five, sixty six percent of second marriages will fail within three  years. Number six, women over the age of 40 are generally invisible to men. Number seven, the likelihood of a woman over 40 years of age finding a man is less than 21%. Number eight the likelihood of a man over 40 finding a woman is 61%. Number nine, women are 68% more likely to initiate a divorce over the age of 45 than men are. Number ten, women are attracted to men with the same or greater education. Number eleven, the majority of women give up looking for a man after they turn 40 years old. Number twelve over 72% of women do not dress to attract a male. Number thirteen, 72% of women now find their mates on the Internet. Number fourteen 27% of women hate men and are unfit to marry any man, but they will marry any way. Number fifteen, blonds generally have a lower IQ than other women. Number sixteen, beware of women after they turn  50 year old and, after birthing 3 or more children, these women morph into monsters, due to the effects of post partum depression and menapause, divorce their husbands and run up divorce attorney fees of over half a million dollars plus.

CHICAGO-(EQUAL JUSTICE PARTY)-IN JUNE OF ALL 28 NATO MEMBERS VOTED FOR THE LIBYA MISSION. However less than half of the membrs actually took part. Our European allies took the primary role for the first time in a long time. After only three months the European Allies ran out of ammunication. If the U.S. had not been there for them, to supply the needed ammunication, the campaign against Libya would have failed. The U.S. can no longer shoulder the financial burden that the European's refuse to bare, when it comes to NATO and their own defense. The U.S. is broke. It ownes 14.3 Trillon dollars, has over 80 Trillion of unfunded mandates. The U.S. simply cannot afford to continue to pay over 80% of the cost of NATO. The European Defense Holiday has come to an end. The U.S. has to reduce its own military budget of 750 billion by half. If the U.S. does not take immediate steps to put its own house in financial order, experts say it will end up like the Old Soviet Union.

OBAMA JOBS PROGRAM IS TO LITTLE TO LATE

CHICAGO-(EQUAL JUSTICE PARTY)-Obama's jobs program is a complete failure which will never become law. Obama wants American made goods sold every where. So does every American. However, there was nothing In Obama's jobs program that will allow American manufacturing to become competitive again.

The Equal Justice Party (EJP) jobs program will create jobs immediately. Make American Competitive again. Currently the U.S. has self regulated itself out of business. EJP advocates "that everyone who wants to work should be able to work for what ever their willing to work for". In order for the U.S. to become competitive again it must be able to compete with China. First the U.S. must eliminate the "minimum wage!" The Government can no longer be in the business of telling employers how much they must pay their employees in order for an entrepreneur to start and to run a business. There are millions of people in this country out of work, that would be willing to work for less than the minimum wage in order to feed themselves and their families. These people should be allowed to accept a job for less than the mimimun wage if they want that job. Secondly there must be a maxim wage. Anyone who makes more than the President of  the United States should be taxed, as they once were, at 90% of the income, that is greater than that of the President of the United States. The disparity between the richest and the poorest has increased over 500%  since President Regan was in Office. We have all seen the unrest in populations throughout the world, even in England two weeks ago. We cannot allow for civil unrest in this country. In order to avoid civil unrest there must be an more equitable distribution of wealth in this country. It will not make any difference to the richest individuals in the U.S to have a few less millions, if the unwashed masses rise up because they cannot feed their familes. Eliminating the minium wage and taxing the rich over $400,000 income at 90% will immediately brings jobs back to this country and will allow for a more equitable distribution of wealth in this country which will prevent any civil unrest.

CHICAGO-(AEAE)COMMENTARY-WHERE WERE YOU ON 9/11? I was picking up our company's mail at 8:45am that morning at the Elmwood Park Post Office. A Postal clerk came out looking like a ghost and told me that an Air Liner just struck one of the Twin Towers in New York. I was shocked when I heard that. Ten minutes later the same clerk told me that "a second Air Liner struck the Second Tower!". I couldn't believe it until I went to my office and turned on the TV.

WHAT HAVE WE LEARNED FROM 9/11?

WE LEARNED THAT THE MOST POWERFUL NATION IN THE WORLD WAS VULNERALBE TO A TERRORIST ATTACK ON OUR OWN SOIL. We learned that 19 Arabs were responsible for the attack. We learned that the Arabs are the most sophisticated enemies that we have ever faced. Fifteen of the Arabs came from Saudi Arabia. Four other Arabs came from other Arab countires.
We couldn't attack any Arab country in retaliation because these clever Terrorists, all Arabs, came from "different" Arab countries.
We learned that we are dealing with the most sophisticated enemy that we have ever dealt with.
Since 9/11 the Arabs have killed more Americans than they killed on 9/11.
The Arabs have been the enemies of the west since the Crusades. During the cold war the Arabs were kept in check.
Now we have learned that we must prepare to accept that these Arabs terrorists will "never" stop trying to kill us.
If you don't believe that premise, I ask you how many more Americans do the Arabs have to kill of us before you will accept the fact that they are our  enemy?

CHICAGO- (EQUAL JUSTICE PARTY)-WITH A NEW ELECTION CYCLE BEGINNING NO ONE AGAIN IS PAYING ANY ATTENTION TO THE AMOUNT OF GOVERNMENT WASTE AND CORRUPTION THAT IS DRIVING OUR COUNTRY INTO BANKRUPTCY.  The U.S. is 14.3 Trillion in debt. Chicago is 750 Million in debt. The Chicago Public schools are over 700 million in debt. Yet the Democratic controled Chicago Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority released a plan to spend 85 million dollars, money that they do not have, to "re-image" the Chicago Navy Pier outdoor public spaces. When will Government waist and mismanagement ever end? When the country is bankrupt?
SIDEBAR: What is the major reason for Government waist and mismanagement of the tax payers money? Simple. Government officials "never" spend their own money. They always spend someone elses money, the tax payers. Yesterday, I spoke to a Government Official in River Grove, Illinois who was in charge of distroying perfectly good side walks and installing old fashion brick side walks that were not needed. I said to him, "Why is River Grove, Illinois destroying good side walks and putting in these expensive brick side walks that we don't need, when River Grove needs a Library, a Recreational Center, a High School? The River Grove Official said, "It's "free" money from the Federal Government and if we don't use it we will lose it!"

CHICAGO-(AEAE)- CHINA WILL TAKE OVER THE WORLD BY 2025. It is estimated that the U.S. economy will not stabilize until 2018. By then it will be too late for the American Economy to regain its lead in the world. What happened? What did the Chinese do to over take the U.S. Ecomony?
China recognizes three things that the U.S. has failed to understand. Number one, it is beter to keep y our citizens employed at low wage jobs than "no" wage jobs. The high minimun wage in Ameerica which discriminates against the very people it attempted to help has driven more jobs to China. Secondly, the Unions in the U.S. have for the last 60 years demanded higher wages, that do not correlate to production, have resulted in driving millions of U.S. jobs to China. And Thirdly, U.S. Politicians have always promised more benefits to voters, if elected than is  possible to delever. For example, Chicago's former Democratic Mayor Richard Daley, who just served for the last 22 years, each  year promising more benefits to the Unions, Teachers and City Workers than he could pay for. When Daley retired from office this May, he left the City of Chicago with a 750 million dollar deficit and the Chicago Board of Education with an additional 700 million dollar deficit. Each President of the U.S. likewise leaes office with a bigger and bigger deficite. We now have a 14.3 Trillion Dollar debt, with over a 100 Trillion in unfunded obligations. When Obama leaves office in 2012, the U.S. Treasury would be bankrupt, if it was unable to coninue to print money. China on the other hands pays low wages, keeps its people employed, its politicians do not accumulate more debt than China can pay its bills. By 2025 the East will take oveer from the West as the leading economies in the world with China leading the way.      To Prove Defamation Case?
    What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm. 
    The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation 

    The Fair Report Privilege applies to the information contained on this web site.

    “[T]he fair report privilege has two requirements: (1) the report must be of an official proceeding; and (2) the report must be complete and accurate or a fair abridgment of the official proceeding. [Citation.] *** For a publication to be considered a fair abridgment, the report must convey to readers a substantially correct account of the official proceedings.
