Chicago (AEAE) Attorney(s) Harry N. Arger, Rosa M. Tumialan-Landy, Christina C. Brunty and Todd A. Gale were charged in an Attorney Disbarment Complaint before the Illinois Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission in August of 2019. See below a copy of the Attorney Disbarment Complaint. The ARDC issued a decision. The ARDC stated "if in the future any court should make findings of wrongful conduct by the attorneys we invite you to notify the ARDC. See attached copy of the Attorney Disbarment Complaint .

To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
