OBAMA JOBS PROGRAM IS TO LITTLE TO LATE

CHICAGO-(EQUAL JUSTICE PARTY)-Obama's jobs program is a complete failure which will never become law. Obama wants American made goods sold every where. So does every American. However, there was nothing In Obama's jobs program that will allow American manufacturing to become competitive again.

The Equal Justice Party (EJP) jobs program will create jobs immediately. Make American Competitive again. Currently the U.S. has self regulated itself out of business. EJP advocates "that everyone who wants to work should be able to work for what ever their willing to work for". In order for the U.S. to become competitive again it must be able to compete with China. First the U.S. must eliminate the "minimum wage!" The Government can no longer be in the business of telling employers how much they must pay their employees in order for an entrepreneur to start and to run a business. There are millions of people in this country out of work, that would be willing to work for less than the minimum wage in order to feed themselves and their families. These people should be allowed to accept a job for less than the mimimun wage if they want that job. Secondly there must be a maxim wage. Anyone who makes more than the President of the United States should be taxed, as they once were, at 90% of the income, that is greater than that of the President of the United States. The disparity between the richest and the poorest has increased over 500% since President Regan was in Office. We have all seen the unrest in populations throughout the world, even in England two weeks ago. We cannot allow for civil unrest in this country. In order to avoid civil unrest there must be an more equitable distribution of wealth in this country. It will not make any difference to the richest individuals in the U.S to have a few less millions, if the unwashed masses rise up because they cannot feed their familes. Eliminating the minium wage and taxing the rich over $400,000 income at 90% will immediately brings jobs back to this country and will allow for a more equitable distribution of wealth in this country which will prevent any civil unrest.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
