CHICAGO-(AEAE)- Charles Manson 77, was denied parole, his 12th and probably final bid for freedom for the 1968 murders of Sharon Tate and friends. Manson has been in jail for 44 years. Professor Harold Goldenshalf, Legal Scholar, asks the question, "Does it pay to continue to imprison a broken down 77 year old man after 44 years? No it doesn't. But the Government that is broke by any standard with over 15.2 Trillion in debt, does not care what it cost to imprison a person for life, despite the fact that government(s) do not have the money to do so, other than to continue to running deficits."
