What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

Leo Stoller issuing an "opinion" about an attorney is no different than Siskel and Ebert reviewing a movie and giving it a thumbs-up or down.

99.99% of Americans don't even know that Leo Stoller exists, so they don't count. But the .01% of the population that DO know Leo exists knows that Leo's opinions are worthless and not based on reality.

All the attorneys that Leo reviews have one advantage over him, be they a good attorney or bad:

They graduated from law school and passed the bar.

That entitles them to respect and a measure of authority when it comes to legal matters; something that Leo Stoller has never had, and will never have, no matter how much he fakes his way through court or whatever else he pretends that he is.

Now, if we could get the AG to investigate this law firm, we could expose the Mortgage Bankers Association's participation in the foreclosure frauds orchestrated upon the homeopwners of Illinois!

The firm provides false "mortgage assignment" affidavits to mortgage servicers like Wells Fargo - who "hires" foreclosure mills like Pierce & Associates to feign as officers of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc (MERS) to swear to the false assignments and record the affidavits for the sole purpose of facilitating foreclosure by the servicer who has no real-party interest in the mortgage.

Jill D. Rein, the managing attorney of Pierce & Associates, is a member of the MBA and she, along with her notary sidekick Amber Cowan, have signed the purjurous, undated affidavits which are then filed with the Recorder of Deeds by Pierce & Associates on behalf of the servicer.

The MBA is neck-deep and hand-in-hand with MERSCorp, Big Bank warehouse lenders, and Fannie/Freddie in the securities/foreclosure fraud scandal - just investigate the MBA and MERSCORP to see just how deep this orchestrated, intentional theft of property goes.
