Fattie make a funny. Fattie forgets the only reason people visit this site is to laugh at the world's most incompetent wannabe lawyer. Fattie eventually gets banned from every court he appears in. Fattie spends a lot of time in jail. Fattie has over a million dollars in non-dischargeable judgments against him and lives in a rathole. Fattie is 64-years-old and this cartoon blog is all he has. Fattie did it all to himself. Fattie is going to die broke and alone without anyone caring one bit. Too bad for Fattie. Fattie wasted his whole life trying to be a con artist. What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
