The old aphorism that states, “sticks and stones may hurt my bones, but name cannot hurt me” is no defense to the Computer Law enforcement officials who are charged with filling their prisons with computer Internet users. This bloger spend 37 days in the Illinois Cook Country Jail last year from June 8th until July 15, 2010 for publishing “speech” on his former blog. Of course today the parties responsible are facing a 100 million dollar malicious prosecution law suit.
The First Amendment is not a right any more it has to be fought for every day, otherwise the Government will lock up everyone they can for merely “keying in words on a computer key pad in their home!” If you key in words on your computer key board, you are a target!
SIDEBAR: How about releasing the names and addresses of a few juries on line tomorrow? Or keying in the n-a-m-e-s of a few judges that are hatefully despicable person's who don't deserve to live? How much time would a computer operator get for those egregious, unconscionable crimes in Iran, North Korea or the U.S.A, home of the brave land of the free?
