CHICAGO-(AEAE)-HERE WE GO AGAIN, THE COMPUTER COPS NABED A REAL “BAD” ONE THIS TIME. They arrested Jason Chance for “posting” alleged threats on a social networking Internet site allegedly threatening Illinois Will County State's Attorney James Glasgow. Mr., Chance was arrested and charged with 2 felony counts of threatening a public official and cyber stalking. Remember your computer is now the most dangerous item that you may have in your home. Although making postings on social networking sites cannot possibly be interpreted by any rational human being as being threating. Law enforcement officials today have found a new way to charge parties for “keying” in “words” on the Internet. The U.S. Prison Industrial Complex is hungry for patrons to fill their cells and now the government has found a new reason in the electronic age to charge citizens with the crime of publishing “speech” on line. http://abclocal.go.com/wls/story?section=news/local&id=7680969
The old aphorism that states, “sticks and stones may hurt my bones, but name cannot hurt me” is no defense to the Computer Law enforcement officials who are charged with filling their prisons with computer Internet users. This bloger spend 37 days in the Illinois Cook Country Jail last year from June 8th until July 15, 2010 for publishing “speech” on his former blog. Of course today the parties responsible are facing a 100 million dollar malicious prosecution law suit.
The First Amendment is not a right any more it has to be fought for every day, otherwise the Government will lock up everyone they can for merely “keying in words on a computer key pad in their home!” If you key in words on your computer key board, you are a target!
SIDEBAR: How about releasing the names and addresses of a few juries on line tomorrow? Or keying in the n-a-m-e-s of a few judges that are hatefully despicable person's who don't deserve to live? How much time would a computer operator get for those egregious, unconscionable crimes in Iran, North Korea or the U.S.A, home of the brave land of the free?

In today's post-9/11 world, threats made over the Internet are taken seriously and are investigated, even if they are fake or hard to believe.

Get a clue, LEO. The reality police are coming for YOU!!!

You didn't go to jail for "bloging", Fat Ass. You went to jail for defying a court order. You were jailed for contempt. If you didn't like the order, maybe you should have used your "expert" appellate skills to have it quashed. No, you didn't. You thumbed your nose at the order, went to jail, and have been whining about it ever since.

This is why you lose every time, Fattie. Saying you went to jail for "bloging" is like saying Bernie Madoff went to jail for forgetting to make a deposit. You are a moron. You lack the intellectual capacity to draw the distinction among even the most obvious. That's why you lose every single time.

See you in court, shit for brains. Try to shower first. You are again starting to smell like you sleep in a water buffalo's ass.

That "order" is on appeal. We are just waiting for a decision

That's the point, dumbass. If you didn't like the order and are the legal "expert" you claim to be, you appeal the order immediately and have it quashed. Then you would have been free to spew all the bs you wanted over the Internet while "exalting" your "free speech" without fear of being held in contempt and going to jail. The order is on "appeal" now, Fat Ass? After you went to jail? God, you're stupid. Quit advertising what a moron you are.

Are you kidding me? It's ok to make threats against someone as long as it's on the computer? You are defending other people...do you know Jason Chance? do you know what he is capable of? You need a reality check if you think threats fall under the 1st Amendment. There is freedom of speech and there is the responsibility to keep people safe. You need a life!

Jason Chance has been a thorn in the legal worlds side since he was 17 years old. If you look up his record before inundating us with your half formed opinions of who a person or a situation you would see the monster this man truly is. Here is a sample of what the man is capable of: "Ill blow a hole so big through you that your crippled father can wheel himself through." I have well over a hundred police reports regarding this man. The only reason I found out about this case was because I was checking the status of our court case and found that he had yet more charges against him. If you desire to have people respect your opinion, pick someone worth respecting to defend.

I know Jason and will defend him. He was just kidding around in some of his posts and in others he was just protecting his son. The officials of Will County created no consequences for a psychotic woman that nearly killed his son and did nothing to protect his child that was brainwashed by her into stabbing him in the eye when he was sleeping (<a href="http://tinypic.com?ref=er0dqa" target="_blank"><img src="http://i43.tinypic.com/er0dqa.jpg" border="0" alt="Image and video hosting by TinyPic"></a>).
His child was living in a home with adults that were caught inviting 14 year old children over to their house via the internet to drink and have sex (Google 838 W. Algonquin Road Algonquin, IL. arrest)

The child then witnessed a man being stabbed there 8 times in that home.

His child was forced out of his home at 7 years old (proof in Whiteside County, IL. cases).

His child's grandmother was arrested for selling cocaine from the home that his child was living in (proof in Kane County cases).

His child's mother paid a Susan Abderhalden to steal money from his wallet so he wouldn't be able to buy his son any Christmas presents (proof in Will County cases where Susan was convicted).

His child's mother left his child for dead when she found him on the floor blue in the face and not breathing. I saw the transcripts of the phone call she made to the doctor when she said she wouldn't call for the paramedics even though she thought he was dead.

I saw police reports his child's mother and Susan Abderhalden made against him, saying that he was outside of their house stalking them and had placed 10 dead squirrels on their cars. Police reported that they had rushed to the scene only to find no dead animals anywhere. Where did these dead animals go in the two minutes that it took for police to get there? Did a giant vulture come swooping down and suddenly gobble up all ten of those dead squirrels before the police could get there or did they come back to life and run away? Jason cannot go anywhere without his child's mother making false reports against him to have him framed. She's even made up to 15 false reports against him in the same day, yet there has been no consequence.

It is extremely difficult for me to believe that he was really threatening to kill his child's mother as she had alleged countless times. Jason said the reason he filed to have his visitation exchanges done at an exchange center was so that his child's mother could not fight with him in front of his son or make false allegations against him because there would be witnesses there. If he had been threatening to kill his child's mother, why did she file to have the custody exchanges done away from witnesses (Will County Case Number 04F0348) and in an isolated parking lot where nobody would be around to protect her?
This disgusting excuse for a female, Davina M. Rasmussen, used the dating chat line Lava Life to solicit sex from a minor named Alley Starke that she knew was only 13, and even went to pick her up.
She later had sex with Frank Elliot and his boyfriend who she knew were only 16 at the time, and even had them contact Susan Abderhalden, so that the four of them could have sex. I have the email that Susan forwarded to Jason so if Davina wants to lie about the fact that she is a child molester we can see how well she does.

"I have well over 100 police reports against this man", she says. And not one arrest to show for it.

Much more to come, trust me.

Trust me, much more to come…

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

[Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties.
