CHICAGO-(AEAE)- STOLLER FILED A 100 MILLION DOLLAR DEFAMATION AGAINST WASHINGTON D.C. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY ATTORNEYS Lance. G. Johnson, David Abrams, Alfred Goodman, and their law firm of www.roylance.com Johnson, Abrams and Goodman were successful “dodging” and “evading” service of summons, convincing Illinois Circuit Court Judge Kathy Flanagan to vacate service of summons, which is now incidentally on Appeal with the Illinois Appellate Court First Judicial District Case No. 09-1868. Lance G. Johnson filed a motion to hold Stoller in “civil contempt and to award sanction against Stoller under Illinois Supreme Court Rule 137 for knowingly filing false affidavits of service with this court.” The Illinois Appellate court denied Johnson's frivolous motion on March 11, 2010. Judge Gillespie granted Johnson motion to strike a Motion for indirect criminal contempt Click on to see a copy of the complaint  http://www.filefront.com/14756757/Lance-G.-Johnson-Charged-with-perjury0001.pdf

Leo, you are a very stupid man. You must have eaten a lot of paint chips when you were a kid. And you give being a member of the Tribe a bad name. The court did not deny anything. It merely tossed out a basket full of your cases and ordered that you must obtain leave from the lower courts before engaging in your habitually frivolous shenanigans. And the lower courts granting you leave to do anything is about as likely as you becoming an actual lawyer. In other words, zero. The court did not reach the issue of whether you should be held in contempt. That will probably be coming down soon in a separate and very detailed order. Lance Johnson-- being top-notch and nationally renowned attorney-- carved you up like a St. Pattie's day briscuit. You wouldn't know the truth if it came up to you and started plucking out your caterpillar-like eyebrows.

You're going to get served in a few days and I look forward to you and your crew coming to court for the next five years "laughting" and "joking" on the other side of the court room. I have "never" lost, unless you consider spending a million dollars to beat me, "winning!"

I only like to sue "nice" looking, well to do people, after all my cases last between 5 and 10 years and it would get rather boring having to look accross the court room at "ugly" poor people all of the time. And good looking people usually have more assets than the "ugly" poor people.

He does have the same "bulleseye" on his forehead that you have on yours.

The other day Stoller steps into an elevator in the Chicago Daley Center Court house. The elevator door starts to close on Stoller.
Suddenly a young lawyer hits the “Open” button.
Stoller walks into the elevator. Stoller says, “That the first time a lawyer in this building didn't hit the “close” button when I walk into an elevator.
An older attorney at the back of the elevator commented, “He only hit the open button Stoller because he didn't know who you were.”

     To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

[Citation.] A reporter is not privileged to make additions of his own that would convey a defamatory impression or to indict expressly or by innuendo the veracity or integrity of any of the parties. [Citation.] Finally, it is the accuracy of the summary, not the truth or falsity of the information being summarized, that is the benchmark of the privilege.
