CHICAGO-(AEAE)-ILLINOIS SUPREME COURT JUSTICE THOMAS FITZGERALD grants Stoller's Motion in his appeal of the Stoller v. Lance G. Johnson case. Chief Justice Fitzgerald was elected to the Supreme Court of Illinois for the First Judicial District in 2000. The son of a Circuit Court judge, Chief Justice Fitzgerald began his own career in the law as a prosecutor in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office. When first elected to the bench in 1976, he was, at that time, the youngest elected Circuit Judge in Cook County. He served as a trial judge in the Criminal Court form 1976 to 1987 when he was assigned Supervising Judge of Traffic Court. In 1989, he returned to the Criminal Division as Presiding Judge. He also was appointed to serve as presiding judge of Illinois’ first statewide grand jury. Justice Fitzgerald will be stepping down from the bench in November because he has terminal Parkinson disease. SIDEBAR: The moral of this story is that those of us who attempt to seek relief from, what we believe is such a serious problem, for relief from our cross, that we are compelled to reached all the way up to the the Highest court in the State. To ask the Justice for relief from the cross that was imposed upon us by the wrong that we believe some one has unjustly imposed upon us. We believe strongly that we have been wronged, only the Supreme Court Justice now can help us remove the heavy cross that we unjustly bare, because of the wrong that was dealt to us. However, in this case the Justice that we are seeking to help us remove our cross, has been given a mush heaver cross!

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.

Come on, LEO. Filing a motion for an extension of time is something you have done THOUSANDS of times. That's all this judge did. He gave you another month to make an even bigger ass of yourself. When Roylance gets your case dismissed, and then they sue YOU, then you will have something to post about!

Several of us made a deal with BoA to but that fixer upper in lake Barrington. We were out looking at it this morning. Got it cheap also, you will never see the inside of it again.
