MOTION TO JOIN ATTORNEYS AS NECESSARY PARTIES IN ORDER TO CHARGE THEM WITH INDIRECT CRIMINAL CONTEMPT IS UP TUESDAY

CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A MOTION TO ADD ATTORNEYS WHO ARE NECESSARY PARTIES TO A Cook County Domestic Division law suit in order to charge them with Indirect Criminal Contempt is up Tuesday September 28, 2010 before Illinois Circuit Court Judge Gerald Bender. Judge Bender denied a Motion for Indirect Criminal Contempt charging attorneys with perjury and subornation of perjury on the grounds that they were not parties to the law suit last week. A new motion was filed and is noticed up on Tuesday to Add these Attorneys and a Chicago Child Psychologists who is regularly appointed by the court to act as a 604(b) evaluator in custody cases. This well known psychologists is charged with failure to report child abuse and possession of child pornography to the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services. The Psychologists is a mandatory reporter as well as the Attorney appointed by Judge Carol K. Bellows as the Child Representative who also failed to report the the child abuse and child pornography. A court order which violates the constitutional rights of the author forbids the mentioning of these parties names on this blog. However, that order is expected to be reversed on appeal shortly.

SIDEBAR: These criminals are regular readers of this blog and consistently lie to the court stating that they were not properly served with prior notice of hearings, despite the fact that all hearing dates are published here and these liers are faxed courtesy copies of all pleadings prior to the hearings. L-O-S-E-R. Just goes to show you, kids-- any loser with mental problems and an Internet connection can pretend to be anything from a legal expert to the King of Siam.
