CHICAGO-(AEAE)-IN A REPORT THAT WAS JUST RELEASED BY WIKILEAKS, IT STATED THAT SANTA CLAUS WAS ACTUALLY KILLED IN June 6, 2005. That an impostor Santa was used in the years since 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010. Last night the impostor Santa was shot down by the Iranians. Today a report out of the North Pole merely confirms the Wikileaks release of confidential North Pole documents last night. According to the leaked documents, Santa was murdered by “evil” woman, who did not want the children of the world to receive any gifts from a “father” figure, when she had deprived her children from their father's love and affection, according to the leaked documents. The woman, a close friend of Mr. Ebeneser Scrooge, had denied the charges and her case is still under investigation by the North Pole Police Department. When Mr. Scrooge was asked to comment, his lawyer Mr. Robert Shylock, from the well known North Pole Criminal law firm of Shylock and Shylock, who represents both Scrooge and the accused woman, said, “There is a pending investigation and Mr. Scrooge cannot comment at this time.”

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law.
