CHICAGO-(AEAE)-A MOTION WAS FILED TO DISQUALIFY JUDGE GERALD BENDER ON THE GROUNDS THAT HE IS BIAS AND PREJUDICE AND THAT THE PETITIONER CANNOT GET A FAIR AND IMPARTIAL HEARING BEFORE JUDGE GERALD BENDER. The motion was base on the fact that Judge Bender has refused to entertain any of the Petitioner's motion since April 2010 to the present date.

Hey the Chicago Bears tonight beat the Green Bay Packers 15-14. The Bears are now 3-0. Last time they were 3 and O they went to the Super Bowl.
Tonight before the game he had dinner a Chicago's Mirar Suchi in the Ukranian Village. He watched the game and ate pizza and chicken burgers at Joe's Bar with his friend. After the game they had filet mignon and scallops at Joe's Seafoood Prime Steak & Stone Crab.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
