The partners of the law firm according to the charges. How their alleged scheme to defraud mortgage holders out of their property works like this: The Law firm of Miles, Bauer Bergstrom & Winters are retained by the large banks to foreclose and evict families in fraudulent foreclosure proceedings. The Law firm of Miles, Bauer Bergstrom files foreclosures and forcible detainer law suits under phony names. They fail to serve the actual home owners or tenants, foreclosure on them, evict them without notice on behalf of what is alleged to be unlawful banks ie Bank of America, Bank of New of New York Mellon, Wells Fargo, who want to seize properties in order to hold on to them until the market returns. Then reap huge profits in the billions disposing of these foreclosed homes which they acquire for less than 50% on the dollar. None of the parties could be reached for comments. Their offices all deny these charges. The Chicago Law firm of Bryan Cave LLP, attorney Steven R. Smith his bag man Michael Werich are also charged in the same suit. A petition for Indirect Criminal Contempt charging these attorneys with felonies is also being filed.

Meet Sheriff Leo Stoller. He's a vigilante out for justice, suing anyone and everyone he can find, for all sorts of high crimes and misdemeanors. Nobody escapes Sheriff Stoller's vexatios and prodigious litigation. If the Sheriff thinks you did something wrong, he will take you to COURT! If the Sheriff needs evidence to sue you, he will find it, whether exists or not! And if he can't find any evidence, he will make endless motions for substitution of judges and motions for this and motions for that, to drag the litigation out so long it drains your financial resources to the point that you make a settlement so you can feed your family and stay out of bankruptcy court. Fat Boy Leo make a funny. Fattie was better off when he sent trademark shakedown letters to poor saps who thought they better settle with him. Then those poor saps found out Fattie was a fraud and stopped settling. Then Fattie thought he could take on real lawyers in real courtrooms and get settlements. Then the courts found out Fattie was a fraud and nobody would settle with him there, either.

Now Fattie is screwed. No income from shakedown letters. No income from court settlements. Over a million dollars in judgments and sanctions against him. Fattie lives in a rathole. Fattie can't afford a car. Fattie's entire family hates him. Fattie's last name will die with him.

Poor Fattie. No wonder Fattie is so upset. Fattie is too mentally deranged to realize he did it all to himself. Fattie is going to keel over broke, alone and hated by his family. Such a shame. Fattie wasted his entire life with hate while everyone else celebrated the gift of life. Bye, bye, Fattie. You only have a couple, three years left at most. The living hell that is your life will be over soon.
