The second person nominated was Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano for the way she handled the botched Christmas Day airline bombing by immediately saying after flight 253 was secure that, “Mr. Abdulmutalliab acted alone and was not part of a larger plot.” The third Nomination goes to Barak Obama for appointing Janet Napolitano to be Homeland Security Secretary and for keeping Ms. Napolitano Homeland Security Secretary even after she made those statements on the three Sunday talk shows assisting that "the system worked!"
