CHICAGO-(AEAE)-KING BERNARD MADOFF'S SON DRIVEN TO SUICIDE BY THE MOST incompetent legal staff in the world according to the opinion of American for the Enforcement of Attorney Ethics (AEAE). Bernie Madoff's legal staff Mauro M. Wolfe, Ira Lee Sorkin, Nicole P. DeBello and Daniel J. Horwitz plead Mr. Madoff guilty to life sentence.

Who needs lawyers to plead their client guilty in order to get a life sentence?

These lawyers have to be the most incompetent attorneys in the world and they all should be disbarred because they are guilty of the most egregious mal practice in the world.
With no hope of release of his father, Bernie Madoff's oldest son saw no way out for his Dad or himself and took his life.
It is never necessary for anyone to take their own life. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
Bernie Madoff having locked away for life was unable to assist his family and son at this critical time. Bernie Madoff had numerous defenses, including being “unfit” to stand trial. But by his lawyers pleading him guilty to a life sentence, Mr. Madoff waived all of his defenses. This lead directly yesterday to the death of his 46 year old son. Bernie could not be there for him and was unable to help his son when he most needed him!

This tragedy is of Shakespearian proportion and stands as a lesson to all of us. Our prays and sympathy goes out to the Madoff family. Full story

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true.
