Which this year brought more than 1000 attendees, included elected officials, community leaders, VIPs and indicted officials, all of whom enjoyed a luxurious evening with dinner, top-tier chocolate centric cuisine from Chicago's Top Chefs and confectioners. The Highly anticipated presentation of the AEAE Man of the Year Award was chaired by Nobel Laureate and Professor Emeritus Harold Goldenshalf and the 2012 award was presented to Richard H. Driehaus whos The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation has helped fund Art programs, museums, cultural institutions, schools and Churches. Mr. Driehaus recently gave $250,000 to prevent Chicago's famous Holy Family Church from being torn down. To Prove Defamation Case?
What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
