CHICAGO-(AEAE)-THE AMERICANS FOR THE ENFORCEMENT OF ATTORNEY ETHICS (AEAE) an attorney ethics watch dog and attorney rating association last night awarded its 2010 UNFIT TO PRACTICE LAW AWARD TO ROSEANNE CIAMBRONE http://www.duanemorris.com/attorneys/rosanneciambrone.html . Washington D. C. Attorneys Lance G. Johnson, David Abrams and Alfred Goodman were also nominated however Ms. Roseanne Ciambrone received the most votes and was named in the opinion of AEAE as the 2010 UNFIT TO PRACTICE LAW AWARD.

The TTAB of the USPTO told LEO STOLLER:

"You are PERMANENTLY prohibited from appearing before the USPTO on
your own behalf or as an officer, director, or partner of any
entity you control for the purpose of filing any request to
extend time to file a notice of opposition or any paper
associated therewith. Any such future request must be filed by
an attorney, who will be bound to act in accordance with USPTO
Rule 10.18(b).
Finally, you requested “direction” in how to proceed before the
TTAB. As a frequent party to proceedings before the TTAB during
the past ten years, you have been informed repeatedly about how
the TTAB expects proceedings to be conducted. In the past, you
have often ignored the direction given you by the TTAB, in the
form of information or reprimand, or have found a way to side
step such direction with improper or bad faith conduct.

Consequently, the TTAB’s “direction” to you will remain the same
that it has been for many years and the same as that given to
other litigants representing themselves: engage an experienced
trademark lawyer. Failing that, read and follow the applicable
statute, rules, and cases and consult the TBMP for guidance."

Basically, they told LEO to get a clue, and shove his endless appeals and motions up his ass.

Not bad after 42 years in the industry, three cases before the U.S.Supreme Court currently, 5 cases before the Illinois Supreme Court currently, 20 appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court First District, two appeals before the Illinois Appellate Court and 10 cases in the Illinois Circuit Court seeking over 500 million in damages, life couldn't be better untill, all of the above parties, join the hugh "club" of defendants.
Sunday, today 2:20PM mailing admissions to some of the richest defendants in the world who have a clocking ticking within 30 days, admitting that they committed a fraud on the "court"!
Note" please ignore the admissions that were just sent to you, they mean nothing...see you in court!

When he was in college. He was the editor of his college news paper the Exponent. Ergo his need to continue to edit. In the 60's he started a "Campus Cutie" column were a gorgeous girl was choosen each week to be featured in the column.
The student body accused him of being the "only person" on the editorial staff of the college news paper that made the choice of what gorgeous girl was selected each week to be featured in his "Campus Cuie" article.
Everyone questioned why the most attractive girls on campus always hung around him.

What Do You Have To Prove? There are two things you have to prove to be true in order to win a case of defamation of character in the court of law. First of all, you have to prove without a doubt that what was said or written about you is not true. Once you have proved that the statement is, in fact, false you have to prove that the other person said the false statement with the intent of causing you some form of harm.
The Fair Reporting Privilege is a defense to any claim of Defamation
